Work at the ECCO shoe warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 40 years old.

📍 City of work:
Poland, Sokołów, Sokołowska 24 (~15 km from Warszawa).

📍 City of registration:
Poland, Sochaczew.

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- For students, the gross rate equals the net rate;
- Bonus up to 1100 zł gross per month.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Working from Monday to Friday. In case of increased workload, working Saturdays are also possible;
- The workday lasts 8 or 12 hours;
- Work takes place only during the day, without night shifts.
Work schedule for an 8-hour workday:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00.
 Work schedule for a 12-hour workday:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 10:00 to 22:00.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the warehouse. If there are many orders, the working hours will be more. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours will decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work in the returns department and check shoes returned by customers. First, the product needs to be accepted and scanned, then check in the system the reason for the return, such as an inappropriate size or damage. If necessary, the shoes should be cleaned or repackaged, after which they are prepared for resale and placement in the warehouse. The main work is done using a scanner and a computer and does not involve significant physical exertion.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 660 zł per month (deducted from the salary);
- No allowance is provided for independent housing rental;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- Rooms will accommodate 3–4 persons;
- The housing is equipped with ordinary single-tier and bunk beds;
- Bedding is provided, but we recommend having your own backup set;
- There are common kitchen utensils at the accommodation, but you should have your own spoon, fork, plate, and mug. You can take a small pot or pan and a container for food storage if desired;
- Housing is located in the city of Sokołów;
- The housing has a bath or shower, necessary household appliances, and Wi-Fi;
- The location of the housing may vary. If it is located near the warehouse, you can walk to work. If the distance is greater, there is an organized free commute to work and back.

Settlement takes place depending on the availability of free places, so choosing a specific housing option in advance is impossible. The place of residence is determined directly before settlement.

📌 Additional information:
- You need to be attentive and responsible for work, as well as have basic skills using a scanner and a computer;
- Work processes occur standing and moving with the use of a scanner and electrical warehouse equipment;
- The boxes with shoes are mostly light and convenient to carry. Winter shoe boxes may be slightly heavier, but the work does not involve significant physical exertion;
- An advance of 200–300 zł can be received after 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited in the 20s of each month to a bank account.

⏳ Term of work under the contract:
You must work at least 3 months. If you suddenly decide to finish the work earlier, 500 zł will be deducted from your last salary.
