Work at the Eurocash grocery warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 45 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Krosno, Michała Mięsowicza 11 (~60 km from Rzeszów).

💵 Salary:
Piecework payment:
- 23.00 - 35.30 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 31.50 - 43.40 for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).
Bonuses:
- +4.60 zł gross for night shifts.

Note: 
The first 2 days of training are unpaid.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- The working day lasts from 8 to 12 hours, depending on the workload;
- First shift from 14:00 to 02:00 or from 15:00 to 03:00;
- Second shift from 22:00 to 06:00 or to 10:00;
- Average of 250 hours/month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Work with electric carts and move goods around the warehouse. You will receive training and an official permit to operate the equipment. Tasks will also be performed using voice commands in Ukrainian or Russian, knowledge of Polish is not required here. Your responsibilities will include using electric pallet trucks to transport goods and place them on appropriate shelves and racks.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 500 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, a bonus of 1.50 zł for each working hour is provided (bonus not available for students);
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 2 - 3 - 4 people per room;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple to ensure comfort;
- Regular comfortable beds are available in the accommodation;
- Transport to the workplace from the accommodation is provided.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are performed standing and in motion. You will need to work with a scanner and use a cart;
- The warehouse temperature is +15 degrees;
- Training and certification to operate electric carts cost 300 zł, deducted from salary after the first month of work;
- Transport to the workplace from the accommodation costs 100 zł, deducted from salary after the first month of work;
- Work clothes and footwear are provided free of charge if you work 45 days;
- A sanitary booklet is issued free of charge if you work 45 days;
- An advance of 500 zł is provided after 14 days of work.

🔴 Requirements:
- Experience working in warehouses and understanding processes is required.

⚠️ Fines:
No show at work:
- If you do not inform the coordinator about the absence, a fine of 300 zł is imposed;
- A fine may also apply if absence is reported on the morning of the shift without a valid reason.
Alcohol and discipline:
- Being under the influence during a shift incurs a fine of 1500 zł and dismissal;
- If alcohol is consumed in the hostel and it disturbs others, a warning is given first;
- If it happens again, a fine of 1500 zł and dismissal apply.
If feeling unwell:
- In case of poor health, consult a doctor or call an ambulance;
- Take an L4 certificate and inform the coordinator to ensure everything is properly coordinated and unpleasant situations are avoided.

- You need to work on electric carts and move goods around the warehouse, carefully following all instructions. You also need to use a scanner, carefully scan the products and prepare orders to ensure everything is collected correctly and in the right sequence.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 700 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- If you rent housing independently, you will receive an allowance of 1 zł for each hour worked;
- Accommodation is provided in a private house;
- The room will accommodate 2 - 4 people;
- Married couples are provided with a separate room for comfort and coziness;
- The accommodation is comfortable, with hot and cold water, a convenient kitchen for cooking, and washing machines for daily use.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place in motion and standing, depending on the department you are assigned to;
- You need to work with a scanner and operate an electric cart;
- Good physical shape and willingness to work are required;
- The warehouse temperature is +18 - +24 degrees;
- The maximum weight for lifting is 10 - 15 kilograms;
- An advance is paid after 10 days of work in the amount of 300 zł. This is a one-time payment until the first salary is received;
- Salary is credited to a bank account.
