Work at the Eurocash food warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 45 years old.

📍 Location of work:
Poland, Lublin, Metalurgiczna 30.

💵 Salary:
Piecework payment:
- 23 - 39.86 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.50 - 46.50 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).
Allowances:
- +4.60 zł gross for night shifts.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 6 days a week;
- Working day lasts from 8 to 12 hours, depending on the volume of work;
- First shift from 15:00 to 23:00 or from 15:00 to 03:00;
- Second shift from 22:00 to 06:00 or from 22:00 to 10:00;
- On average 250 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, hence more hours. If orders are fewer, the hours will be slightly less accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to move goods around the warehouse using electric carts, permission to operate this equipment is provided. Also, you need to complete orders and collect goods on pallets, the goods may vary in weight, including food products. Additionally, you need to work with a manual scanner, account for and check goods during order picking.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 500 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of self-renting accommodation, there is a surcharge 1.50 zł for each hour of work (no surcharge for students);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Normal comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation.

📌 Additional Information:
- Work processes take place standing and in motion. You need to work with a scanner and use a cart;
- The warehouse temperature is +20 degrees;
- Training and certification for operating an electric cart cost 300 zł, which are deducted from salary after the first month of work;
- Travel to the workplace by public transport;
- A travel allowance of 200 zł is provided;
- Work clothes and shoes are provided free of charge if you work 45 days;
- Sanitary book is provided free of charge if you work 45 days;
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work in the amount of 500 zł.

🔴 Requirements:
- Experience in warehouses and understanding of processes is required.

⚠️ Penalties:
No-show at work:
- If you do not inform the coordinator about not showing up for work, a penalty of 300 zł is charged;
- There may also be a penalty if the notification of absence is received in the morning on the day of the shift without a valid reason.
Alcohol and discipline:
- Being on shift in a state of intoxication carries a penalty of 1500 zł and dismissal;
- If alcohol is consumed in the hostel and it disturbs others, a warning is first issued;
- If the situation repeats, a penalty of 1500 zł and dismissal.
If you feel unwell:
- In case of poor health, you need to see a doctor or call an ambulance;
- You must take an L4 certificate and inform the coordinator to coordinate everything calmly and avoid unpleasant situations.
