Work in the Allegro internet orders warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women up to 45 years old. 

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Zakrzów, 489 (~25 km from Kraków). 

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Katowice.

💵 Salary:
- 25.84 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student status).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The first shift lasts 4 hours, from 06:00 to 10:00;
- The second shift lasts 8 hours, from 13:00 to 21:00;
- You can choose the first or second shift;
- The work is only during daytime hours, with no night shifts.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours decreases accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Receiving parcels in the warehouse, scanning and sorting them, and preparing them for further shipment. Responsibilities include order packaging, moving parcels within the warehouse, and loading them onto transport. It is also necessary to check the quantity and condition of the parcels. A special scanner is used for the work.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, so you need to have your own housing.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- The work is carried out in a delivery service warehouse, where parcels are received, sorted, and prepared for further delivery to addresses, parcel lockers, and pick-up points;
- Transport to the workplace is not provided, so you need to get there on your own by public transport;
- Workwear and footwear are provided free of charge. If you work for less than 3 months, 150 zł will be deducted from your salary;
- A medical examination is provided free of charge. If you work for less than 3 months, 180 zł will be deducted from your salary;
- Students under 26 years old need to have their own medical insurance. If there is no insurance, its cost is 97 zł per month;
- An advance is given after 14 days of work, the amount is up to 600 zł;
- The salary is credited between the 20th and 22nd to the bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Polish language proficiency at a communicative level is required.

⏳ Minimum period of work:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you leave without notice within 14 days, a penalty of 500 zł will be deducted.
