Cosmetics Warehouse Job at Rossmann

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 45 years old. 

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Pyskowice, Lokalna 9 (~50 km from Katowice).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Gliwice.

💵 Salary:
- 32.50 - 33.50 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- A performance bonus of up to 2,500 zł gross per month is provided. Its amount depends on meeting established standards, speed of order completion, work quality, and absence of errors.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (flexible) schedule;
- Days off are also floating, so they may fall on weekdays, Saturdays, or Sundays;
- The working day lasts 8–10 hours. If there's a larger workload, the shift may be longer;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- There are breaks during the workday with a total duration of 15–30 minutes;
- On average, you can work 168 - 220 hours per month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, then there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assemble orders using the Voice Picking system, work with a scanner and operate an electric trolley WJO3. Responsibilities also include transporting and placing goods in the warehouse, preparing orders for dispatch, maintaining order at the workplace, and performing other simple warehouse tasks as needed.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 660 zł per month (amount deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment;
- 3–4 people will live in the rooms;
- Separate room available for married couples;
- Standard and bunk beds are provided in the accommodation;
- Bed linen is provided, but you can use your own if you wish;
- Shared kitchenware is available, but for additional comfort, you can bring your own;
- The distance from accommodation to work is up to 2 km, so you can usually reach it on foot.

📌 Additional information:
- The warehouse stores cosmetics, household chemicals, home goods, food products, and other industrial goods;
- You need to be ready to work night shifts, have good physical endurance, be responsible, disciplined, and attentive to details, and adhere to established productivity standards;
- The work is done standing and moving using a scanner and electric trolley;
- Training is conducted before starting work, during which all work processes are explained in detail and mandatory safety training (BHP) is conducted;
- The weight of goods usually ranges from 2 to 8 kg, but occasionally boxes weighing up to 25 kg may occur;
- You need to adhere to appearance requirements. For safety reasons, extended nails, gel polish, long loose jewelry, and any items that may interfere with safe work performance are not allowed;
- An advance payment of 200 - 300 zł is provided after 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of each month to a bank account.

Note: 
To be employed in this position, it is necessary to fill out a questionnaire during the booking process.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Contract term:
You need to work for at least 6 months. If you decide to finish work earlier, 500 zł will be deducted from your last salary.
