Cosmetics Warehouse Job at Rossmann

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 45 years old.

📍 Work city:
Poland, Pyskowice, Lokalna 9 (~50 km from Katowice).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Katowice.

💵 Salary:
- 26.40 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32.50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- A bonus from 700 to 1800 zł/month gross depending on meeting standards;
- After working 1000 hours, the rate increases by 1 zł.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 6 days a week;
- Workday lasts 8 - 10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00 or 16:00;
- Second shift from 12:00 to 20:00 or 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00 or 08:00;
- During the workday, a 30-minute break is provided every 4 hours for rest.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, then there will be somewhat fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to complete orders using the System Voice voice system, working on a trolley or without it, depending on the department. During work, commands come in Polish, while you can respond in your native language. It is also necessary to place the goods on the trolley and deliver them to the corresponding department.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 22 zł per day (cost is deducted from salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, a supplement of 1 zł is provided for each hour worked;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Accommodation is located near the workplace, so no commute is needed and you can conveniently walk.

📌 Additional information:
- The warehouse deals with storing goods, including cosmetics, hygiene products, household chemicals, home accessories, and pet products;
- Before starting work, knowledge of numbers in Polish is checked;
- Smoking is prohibited on the warehouse territory;
- Work clothes and shoes cost 500 zł. If not working for 3 months, this amount is deducted from salary;
- Medical examination costs 180 zł. If not working for 3 months, this amount is deducted from salary;
- Psychological tests cost 120 zł. If not working for 3 months, this amount is deducted from salary;
- Forklift certificate costs 150 zł (deducted from salary);
- Insurance costs 97 zł per month (cost is deducted from salary). This applies only to persons under 26 years old with student status;
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work, amounting up to 600 zł;
- Salary is accrued from the 20th to the 22nd of the month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of Polish is required to understand numbers up to 1000.
