Work in the production of components for household appliances Wessel-Werk

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 60 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Jaszkowa Dolna, Przemysłowa 7 (~100 km from Wrocław).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Opole or Wrocław.

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 24.47 zł/hour net with the signing of Pit-2;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- Additional allowance of 2 zł per hour worked is provided for drivers.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- On average 200 hours/month;
- Opportunity to work overtime if you wish to earn more.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, then the hours will be slightly less in proportion.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to control the quality of finished products, process and sort parts, assemble components, work on the production line, and package finished products. It is also important to follow safety rules and maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of renting housing independently, an allowance of 2 zł per hour worked is provided (should be clarified at the office during registration);
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 2 persons will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided in the housing;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple for comfort and coziness;
- You should have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Transport organized from the accommodation to the workplace. Everything is designed for your convenience to feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work at a modern automated enterprise producing components and attachments for household vacuum cleaners;
- Work can be performed either sitting or standing — it all depends on the production process and the workplace;
- Training is conducted before work, lasting about 30 minutes, so you can quickly familiarize yourself with all your responsibilities;
- Production has a production standard — from 4000 to 6000 pieces per shift, depending on the process and department;
- The production is clean, warm, comfortable, and equipped with modern equipment;
- A canteen operates on the premises, where you can comfortably rest during a break;
- Accommodation is provided during registration in Opole or Wrocław. The cost is 250 zł, payment should be made in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance payment is calculated after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous month worked.

🔴 Requirements:
- A driving license category B is required.

- Assistance is provided with issuing a residence card.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free regime, visa, residence card, Poland's temporary protection and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you leave without a one-month notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is withheld. If you notify in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
