Work in plastic pipe production

🧑🏻 Candidates: 
Men up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Łask (~40 km from Łódź).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Łódź.

💵 Salary:
- 26.50 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 33 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes work on Saturday is possible;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Two breaks during the working day of 20 and 15 minutes;
- On average 240 - 250 hours/month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the company has. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Production of products:
- You need to accept finished pipes from the conveyor line, check their quality, inspect for the absence of visible defects, and place products in the designated area according to production requirements.
Assembly and packaging:
- You need to install discs, gaskets, and seals according to production instructions, label finished products, and ensure proper application. You also need to stack finished products on pallets for further storage or transportation, maintain order at the workplace, and adhere to established quality standards.
Transportation:
- You need to move finished products to the packaging area for further stretching. The job involves careful transportation of products, correct placement in the designated area, and preparation for further packaging according to production requirements.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 750 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- No additional payment for self-rented accommodation is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 2 or 3 people will reside in a room;
- Standard beds are provided in the accommodation;
- The accommodation is within walking distance, easily accessible on foot to the workplace. Everything is thought out for your convenience, making you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are conducted standing at the conveyor line;
- Work clothing is provided free of charge and must be returned after the completion of work. In case of non-return, 300 zł will be deducted from the final settlement;
- Meals are not provided, so lunches need to be brought with you;
- Medical examination costs 150 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work amounting to 400 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of the month to the bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of Polish language is required at level A1 - A2.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents upon agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
No minimum work period specified, however, you need to give two weeks' notice for resignation. If you resign without notice, a fine of 1000 zł will be imposed.
