Work at the Iglotex semi-finished products warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women up to 55 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Błonie, Sochaczewska 96A (~45 km from Warsaw).

💵 Salary:
- 30 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 36 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Flexible (rotating) schedule;
- Days off can fall on both weekdays and Saturdays or Sundays;
- Working day lasts 8 - 10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;​​
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- On average 180 - 210 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are a lot of orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Need to complete and pack orders according to warehouse tasks. Work takes place in a dry warehouse where frozen products are stored. All processes are organized and clear, and the workplace is maintained in proper order.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 650 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of independent rental, a supplement of 2 zł for each working hour is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 2 - 4 people will live in a room;
- For a family couple, a separate room is provided to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Transportation from accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are conducted in motion and standing;
- Work can be performed in a dry freezing warehouse where the temperature is about -20. However, the premises are closed, without wind and drafts. There are also processes in a fresh warehouse where the temperature is maintained from 0 to +6;
- Free special warm work clothing is provided for comfortable work;
- Free hot lunch is provided;
- Coffee and tea are also available free of charge during the workday;
- Transport to the workplace from the hostel costs 150 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- For those who travel by their own car, compensation for transportation in the amount of 150 zł is provided;
- An advance is accrued after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited from the 15th to the 25th of each month to the bank account for the previous month worked.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of Polish at a communicative level and ability to read in Polish is required;
- A category B driving license is required;
- Experience working in warehouses is required.

📋 Documents:

⏳Minimum period of work:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you resign without one month's notice, a penalty of 1500 zł will be incurred.
