Work at the Iglotex semi-finished products warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, and married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Workplace location:
Poland, Błonie, Sochaczewska 96A (~45 km from Warszawa).

💵 Salary:
- 30 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 36 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- Days off may fall on weekdays as well as Saturday or Sunday;
- The workday lasts 8 - 10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;​​
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- On average 180 - 210 hours/month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will be correspondingly fewer.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assemble and package orders according to warehouse tasks. The work takes place in a dry warehouse where frozen products are stored. All processes are organized and clear, and the workplace is maintained in proper order.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 650 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- If housing is rented independently, an additional 2 zł is provided for each hour worked;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- The room will accommodate 2 - 4 persons;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple for comfort and coziness;
- There are regular comfortable beds at the accommodation;
- Transportation is organized from the accommodation to the workplace. Everything is designed for your convenience so you can feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- The work processes involve movement and standing;
- The work may be done in a dry-freeze warehouse where the temperature is around -20. However, the premises are closed, without wind and drafts. There are also processes in a fresh-stock warehouse where the temperature is maintained from 0 to +6;
- Special warm work clothing is provided for free for comfortable working;
- A free hot meal is provided;
- Coffee and tea are also available for free during the working day;
- Transportation from the hostel to the workplace costs 150 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- For those who drive their own car, a travel compensation of 150 zł is provided;
- An advance is credited after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- The salary is credited between the 15th and 25th of the month to the bank account every month for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level and the ability to read in Polish is required;
- A category B driver's license is required;
- Warehouse work experience is required.

⏳ Minimum term of work:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you resign without notice within 1 month, a penalty of 1500 zł is enforced.
