🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men aged 20 to 50 years.

💵 Salary:
Rate for persons over 26 years:
- 26.70 zł/hour net standard rate;
- If working 48 hours per week, each extra hour is paid at a rate of 28.70 zł/hour net.
Rate for students under 26 years (with student certificate):
- 32.40 zł/hour net standard rate;
- If working 48 hours per week, each extra hour is paid at a rate of 34.40 zł/hour net.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Possible working Saturdays, depending on the needs of the company;
- Workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 04:45 to 12:45;
- Second shift from 13:45 to 23:45;
- You need to arrive at work about 30 minutes before the shift starts to check the functionality of the production line and calmly prepare for work;
- During the workday, breaks are provided every 4 hours for 20 minutes to rest and regain strength.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the company. If there are many orders, then there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to check and service the equipment before the shift starts to ensure everything works fine. During work, it is important to keep the machines operational, replacing blades and other line elements if needed, sometimes even hourly. It is also necessary to regularly clean the equipment and perform simple technical work following instructions and safety rules.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 650 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Housing for students costs 750 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment;
- The room will accommodate 3 - 4 persons;
- The accommodation has regular and bunk beds;
- Housing is within walking distance (30 minutes on foot), easy to reach by walking to work. Everything is designed for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work experience is not required; it is important to have a basic understanding of tools. You need to know what wrenches and screwdrivers, both flathead and Phillips, are and be able to use them in simple work situations;
- The temperature at the company is +3 - +20 degrees;
- Due to sanitary requirements, you can only work without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicure. This is a mandatory condition for maintaining hygiene in production;
- Sanitary book costs 290 zł (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided during registration in Łódź. The cost is 100 zł, payment must be made in cash immediately. This amount is refunded in the salary;
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work in the amount of 400 zł;
- The salary is deposited on the 20th to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Polish language proficiency required at A2 level.
