Confectionery Production Job at Majami

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 60 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Bełchatów, Świętego Alberta Chmielowskiego 8 (~30 km from Piotrków Trybunalski).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Łódź.

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net, this amount already includes an additional 3 zł subject to signing the Pit-2 declaration;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- An additional attendance bonus of 0.50 zł for each worked hour is provided. It is credited subject to working a full month without any absences according to the established schedule.

🕐 Work schedule:
- On average, you can work 160–250 hours per month. 
Work schedule for an 8-hour working day:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes working Saturdays are also possible;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- During the workday, a 15-minute break is provided.
Work schedule for a 12-hour working day:
- Work is conducted on a 4/4 schedule, meaning 4 working days alternate with 4 days off;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- During the workday, two 15-minute breaks are provided.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of orders at the confectionery factory. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will naturally be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to pack, sort, and package sweets on the conveyor line, check the finished products for defects, break sesame bars in gloves, pack the finished products into boxes, assemble cardboard boxes and attach stickers.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 650 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent accommodation and commute to work yourself, an additional 1.80 zł net for each worked hour is provided. This supplement is not provided for students;
- Upon check-in, a 50 zł deposit is required for the room key. The funds are refunded upon check-out, provided the key is returned;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or hostel;
- 2 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Accommodation is located close to the workplace — approximately 250–500 meters.

📌 Additional information:
- Most work processes are done standing, but in some areas, there is also sitting work;
- During the shift, work is done on one production process. Training is provided if needed to switch to another line, and if a process turns out to be difficult, the supervisor will help find a more suitable one;
- Smoking on the company's premises is prohibited;
- During work, fake lashes, artificial nails, and any nail coatings are not allowed. Piercings on visible areas of the body should also be removed;
- The temperature at the company is maintained between +20…+23 degrees;
- For comfort, the company is equipped with water coolers, a canteen with a fridge and a kettle, as well as personal lockers for storing items;
- The cost of work clothes and protective footwear is 100 zł (the amount is deducted from the salary). If the period of work is less than 3 months, an additional 250 zł is deducted;
- A medical examination is provided for free, given at least 3 months of work. If the period is less, a cost of 100 zł is deducted from the salary;
- A sanitary book costs 350 zł (the amount is deducted from the first salary);
- An advance is provided after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 - 400 zł;
- The salary is transferred between the 20th and 25th of the month to a bank account.

- Knowledge of the Polish language and work experience is not required;

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify two weeks in advance.
