Confectionery Production Job at Majami

🧑🏻 Candidates:

📍 Workplace city:
Poland, Bełchatów, Świętego Alberta Chmielowskiego 8 (~30 km from Piotrków Trybunalski).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Łódź.

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net, this amount already includes a 3 zł surcharge upon signing the Pit-2 declaration;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- Attendance bonus of 0.50 zł for each hour worked. To receive the bonus, you need to work a month without absences, according to the established schedule.

🕐 Work schedule:
- On average, you can work 160 - 250 hours per month. 
Work schedule for an 8-hour workday:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes also possible on Saturday;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- A 15-minute break is provided during the workday.
Work schedule for a 12-hour workday:
- Work follows a 4/4 schedule, i.e., 4 working days alternate with 4 days off;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- 2 breaks of 15 minutes each are provided during the workday. 

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the confectionery factory. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then the hours will accordingly be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Work involves packing, sorting, and packaging sweets on the conveyor line. You also need to check product quality, break sesame tiles in protective gloves, place finished products into boxes, fold cardboard containers, and attach stickers.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 650 zł per month (cost is deducted from salary);
- For students, accommodation costs 800 zł per month (cost is deducted from salary);
- In case of independent rent, a surcharge of 1.80 zł for each working hour is provided. For students, no surcharge is provided;
- Upon settling in, you need to pay 50 zł for a room key. The funds are returned upon departure if the key is returned;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or hostel;
- 2 or 4 people will stay in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are set up at the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- The accommodation is located near the workplace, at a distance of approximately 250 - 500 meters.

📌 Additional information:
- Most work processes are performed standing, but sitting work is also provided in certain areas;
- During the shift, work is performed on one production process. If necessary, training is provided to transition to another production line, and if a certain process turns out to be difficult, the supervisor will help find a more suitable job option;
- Smoking on the factory premises is prohibited;
- During work, artificial eyelashes, fake nails, and any nail covering are not allowed. Visible piercings need to be removed;
- The temperature at the factory is +20 - +23 degrees;
- For comfort, the company offers water coolers, a furnished dining area with a refrigerator and kettle, as well as personal lockers for storing personal items;
- The cost of workwear and protective footwear is 100 zł (cost is deducted from salary). If the work period is less than 3 months, an additional 250 zł is deducted;
- A medical examination is free if you work for at least 3 months. If the work period is less than that, the cost of 100 zł is deducted from salary;
- The sanitary book costs 350 zł (cost is deducted from the first salary);
- An advance payment is provided after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 - 400 zł;
- Salary is credited to a bank account on the 20th - 25th of the month.

- Knowledge of the Polish language and work experience are not required;
