Confectionery Production Job at Majami

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Bełchatów, Świętego Alberta Chmielowskiego 8 (~30 km from Piotrków Trybunalski).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Łódź.

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net, this amount already includes a 3 zł surcharge for signing the Pit-2 declaration;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- Additionally, an attendance bonus of 0.50 zł is provided for each worked hour. It is calculated if a full month is worked without absences according to the established schedule.

🕐 Work schedule:
- On average, you can work 160–250 hours per month. 
Work schedule with an 8-hour working day:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes also possible working Saturdays;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- A 15-minute break is provided during the working day.
Work schedule with a 12-hour working day:
- Work is conducted on a 4/4 schedule, which means 4 working days alternate with 4 days off;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Two 15-minute breaks are provided during the working day.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the confectionery factory has. If there are many orders, there will be more work and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to pack, sort, and package sweets on the conveyor line, check the finished products for defects, break sesame bars wearing gloves, pack finished products in boxes, collect cardboard boxes and apply stickers.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 650 zł per month (this amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent accommodation and get to the workplace on your own, an additional 1.80 zł net per worked hour is provided. This bonus is not available for students;
- When moving in, a 50 zł deposit is required for the room key. After moving out, the funds are returned if the key is returned;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or hostel;
- The room will accommodate 2 or 4 people;
- The accommodation has regular comfortable beds;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Accommodation is located near the workplace — approximately 250–500 meters.

📌 Additional information:
- Most work processes are done standing, but on some sections, there is also seated work;
- Work is done on one production process per shift. If necessary, training is provided for transition to another line, and if a process proves challenging, the supervisor will help find a more suitable one;
- Smoking on the premises is prohibited;
- During work, false eyelashes, false nails, or any nail coatings are not allowed. Piercings on visible parts of the body should also be removed;
- The temperature in the facility is maintained between +20…+23 degrees;
- For comfort, the facility has water coolers, a cafeteria with a refrigerator and a kettle, and personal lockers for storing items;
- The cost of work clothing and safety footwear is 100 zł (the amount is deducted from the salary). If the work period is less than 3 months, an additional 250 zł is deducted;
- A medical examination is provided free of charge if at least 3 months are worked. If the work period is less, the cost of 100 zł is deducted from the salary;
- A sanitary book costs 350 zł (this amount is deducted from the first salary);
- An advance payment is provided after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 - 400 zł;
- The salary is credited to the bank account on the 20th - 25th.

- On the premises, sweets can be tasted for free, however, taking products outside is prohibited;
- Knowledge of Polish language and work experience are not required;

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify two weeks in advance.
