Work at the Colian confectionery factory

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women up to 50 years old.

💵 Salary:
- 24.50 zł/hour net for working with products, the rate already includes a surcharge for signing PIT-2;
- 25 zł/hour net for men with a category B driving license, the rate already includes a surcharge for signing PIT-2;
- 28 zł/hour net as an operator, the rate already includes a surcharge for signing PIT-2;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- A bonus of 300 zł is provided for working more than 300 hours per month;
- After 6 months of work, you can receive an additional motivational bonus of 0.50 zł/hour. Its accrual depends on the coordinator's decision;

🕐 Work schedule:
- The work is done in a four-shift system;
- Days off are floating and depend on the compiled schedule, so they can fall on weekdays as well as Saturday or Sunday;
- The workday lasts 8–12 hours;
- For an 8-hour schedule, work is in three shifts: 05:30–13:30, 13:30–21:30, and 21:30–05:30. Shifts change weekly;
- For a 12-hour schedule, work is in two shifts with an alternating schedule change: one week on the day shift, the next — on the night shift;
- Short 10-minute breaks are provided every 2 hours of work, and after 4 hours of work — a break lasting 20 minutes;
- On average, it comes out to 200–240 working hours per month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the confectionery factory. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, then there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- The job involves packing candies, cookies, and other sweets. You need to weigh and sort the products, label them, form regular and festive sets, and check the quality of the finished products. In separate processes, you need to operate simple production equipment and washing machines, load and unload work inventory, and also wash pallets, vats, and barrels using a special washing machine. There are both sitting and standing work processes.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 500 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, a bonus of 1.50 zł for each worked hour is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment;
- There will be 4 people living in a room;
- Normal single-level beds are arranged at the accommodation;
- The road from the accommodation to the workplace by public transport takes approximately 20 minutes;
- You need to bring your own bedding and personal dishes.

Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- The vacancy is seasonal, usually, the work lasts approximately until the end of December. At the same time, there is a possibility that the work will also be available further on a permanent basis;
- There are both sitting and standing processes at the factory, so during the shift, work may occur in different positions;
- Work clothes and shoes are provided free of charge. You need to have comfortable pants and a t-shirt with you;
- During lunch in the canteen, sweets are issued for free;
- The factory maintains a comfortable temperature from +20 to +25 degrees;
- You need to get to the workplace by public transport. You can use bus №77 and get off at Srebrna/Stalowa stop;
- Smoking on the premises of the enterprise during work is prohibited;
- Medical examination and sanitary book cost 260 zł (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Wearing jewelry, as well as having extended nails and eyelashes is prohibited at the factory;
- An advance payment is accrued after 7 - 14 days of work;
- Salaries are credited on the 25th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level is required.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must definitely give a 2 weeks' notice before leaving. There are no fines or deductions from the salary, the main thing is to inform in time.
