🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 55 years old.

📍 Work Location: 
Poland, Radzyń Podlaski, Partyzantów 32.

📍 Registration City: 
Poland, Warsaw.

💵 Salary:
- 28,50 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 - 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 - 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 - 06:00;
- During the working day, there are 20-minute breaks every four hours to rest and replenish energy;
- It is possible to work 16 hours/day (e.g. from 06:00 to 14:00, 8 hours rest, then from 22:00 to 06:00). Such a schedule is agreed individually.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, the hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to engage in marking, weighing, and packaging confectionery products such as cookies, cakes, and various sweets. It is also important to control the quality of the products and to work on the production line.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 750 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 2, 3, or 4 people will live in a room;
- Standard comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- Housing is located within walking distance from the workplace.

📄 Employment Contract: 
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional Information:
- The work is primarily done standing, but there are high chairs available to sit on during the process, though they are not always free;
- Work is conducted at conveyor lines at a moderate pace;
- There is no physical strain, and you don't need to carry heavy things. During the first few days, your back might ache slightly as the line is wide, but you quickly get used to it;
- The temperature at the enterprise is +25 - +27 degrees;
- It's better to bring your own lunch; biscuits and sweets are always available in the canteen, which you can snack on during breaks. You cannot eat from the line or take products home without permission;
- Due to sanitary requirements, you can only work without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicure. This is a mandatory condition to maintain hygiene in production;
- Transportation to the workplace costs 150 zł (deducted from the salary);
- Insurance costs 150 - 200 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- Sanitary book costs 250 zł (deducted from the salary);
- An advance is given after 10 days of work in the amount of 400 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 28th to a bank account.

📋 Documents: 
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum Work Term:
The minimum work term is three months. If you finish work earlier, 1000 zł will be deducted from the salary. If you plan to quit after this period, you must give two weeks' notice. If not done on time, 1000 zł will be deducted from the salary for breach of conditions and another 1000 zł fine for accommodation.
