🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 60 years old.

📍 Work location: 
Poland, Radzyń Podlaski, Partyzantów 32.

📍 Registration location: 
Poland, Warszawa.

💵 Salary:
- 28.50 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 - 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 - 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 - 06:00;
- During the working day breaks of 20 minutes are provided every four hours for rest and recharging;
- There is an option to work 16 hours/day (for example, from 06:00 to 14:00, 8 hours of rest, and then from 22:00 to 06:00) Such schedule is agreed individually.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, then correspondingly there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to be involved in labeling, weighing, and packaging confectionery products such as cookies, pastries, and various sweets. It's also important to control product quality and work on the production line.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 750 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 2, 3, or 4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- Housing is within walking distance from work.

📄 Employment contract: 
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work is mainly done standing, but there are high chairs that can be used to sit during the process, although they are not always available;
- Work takes place at conveyor lines at a moderate pace;
- There is no physical exertion, nothing heavy to carry. The first few days your back might ache a bit, as the line is wide, but you quickly get used to it;
- The temperature at the enterprise is +25 - +27 degrees Celsius;
- It's better to bring your own lunch; the cafeteria always has cookies and sweets that can be snacked on during a break. Eating from the line and taking products home without permission is also prohibited;
- Due to sanitary requirements, work can only be done without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicure. This is a mandatory condition for maintaining hygiene in production;
- The commute to work costs 150 zł (deducted from the salary);
- Insurance costs 150 - 200 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- A health book costs 250 zł (deducted from the salary);
- An advance is provided after 10 days of work in the amount of 400 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 28th to a bank account.

📋 Documents: 
Citizenship of the European Union, visa-free, visa, residency card, temporary protection in Poland and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work term is three months. If work is completed earlier, 1000 zł will be deducted from the salary. If you plan to resign after this period, you must notify two weeks in advance. If you fail to do so in time, 1000 zł will be deducted from the salary for breaching conditions and an additional 1000 zł penalty for accommodation.
