Work at the Stokson doughnut production facility

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Chorzów, Stacyjna 1 (~10 km from Katowice).

💵 Salary:
- 24 zł/hour net for women with signed PIT-2 declaration;
- 25.25 zł/hour net for men with signed PIT-2 declaration;
- 22.68 zł/hour net without signed PIT-2 declaration;
- 23.38 zł/hour net for individuals up to 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- A day off can fall on both a weekday and a Saturday or Sunday;
- Working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00 or from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Second shift from 08:00 to 20:00 or from 20:00 to 08:00;
- Third shift from 09:00 to 21:00 or from 21:00 to 09:00;
- During the working day, there are two 15-minute breaks or one 30-minute break.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the number of orders at the confectionery factory. When there are more orders, you can work more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, the number of working hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to prepare raw materials and fillings, work on processes of frying, sprinkling, and glazing, as well as prepare semi-finished products for candies. Responsibilities also include quality control, packing finished sweets, assembling cardboard boxes and ready products on pallets, washing equipment, and maintaining cleanliness at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation cost is 500 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- Separate rooms for families are provided, accommodation cost is 600 zł per month per person (amount deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment or hostel;
- 2–4 people will live in rooms;
- Regular single-level beds are provided at the accommodation;
- Strictly prohibited to consume alcoholic beverages and smoke in the living quarters. Repeat violations of these rules lead to job termination;
- Public transport commute to work takes approximately 25–40 minutes, depending on accommodation location.

📌 Additional information:
- A comfortable temperature is maintained at the factory from +18 to +22 degrees;
- Work for women mainly consists of packing donuts on a conveyor line — it is necessary to pack 4–6 pieces in a package. For men, there may be processes with greater physical load, including carrying boxes;
- Work is performed standing at a conveyor line;
- Training and safety briefing BHP are conducted on the first day. This day is unpaid;
- A coat, pants, cap, gloves, and light comfortable shoes without a metal toe, similar to Crocs, are provided for work. If at least 3 months of work are completed, the work clothes are provided for free. If the clothes are not returned, 300 zł is deducted from salary;
- Before starting work, you need to remove false eyelashes, earrings, rings, and other jewelry. Nails should be very short and without any coating, as it is important to follow hygiene and product quality requirements;
- Phones are not allowed during work and should be left outside the work area;
- Smoking is prohibited on the factory premises;
- A sanitary book costs 300 zł (amount deducted from salary);
- An advance of up to 400 zł can be received after 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited to the bank account by the 25th of each month for the previous worked month.
