🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 60 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Ciemne, Wołomińska 125 (~35 km from Warszawa).

💵 Salary:
- 26.50 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, occasionally also working Saturdays;
- On average, it is possible to work 240–260 hours per month;
- Initially, work is 8 hours to allow enough time to learn all processes. If you adapt quickly and perform your duties confidently, you can switch to a 12-hour schedule sooner. If more adaptation time is needed, you can work 8 hours for the first two weeks.
Work schedule in the first week:
- Workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
Work schedule after the first week:
- Workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the number of orders at the confectionery factory. When there are more orders, more hours can be worked. If there are fewer orders, the number of working hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to sort and pack ready-made confectionery products, carefully preparing them for further shipment.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 500 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- If you rent housing independently, a surcharge of 2 zł for each worked hour is provided. Such a surcharge is not provided for students;
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- Rooms will accommodate 2–4 people;
- Standard single beds are arranged at the accommodation;
- The house has everything needed for comfortable living: hot and cold water, equipped kitchen, and relaxation area;
- Accommodation is located approximately 20 minutes on foot from work, so you can reach it by walking.

📌 Additional information:
- Work is done standing by the conveyor line and mainly involves performing uncomplicated manual processes;
- Heavy lifting is not required during work;
- A comfortable temperature of +22 to +23 degrees is maintained on the premises;
- Smoking is prohibited on the factory premises;
- Due to sanitary requirements, jewelry and piercings are not allowed during work. Fake eyelashes, extended nails, and any nail coverings are also not permitted;
- Meals are not provided, so lunch should be brought with you;
- Medical examination costs 200 zł (amount deducted from the first salary);
- Advance pay can be received weekly. The first advance of 200 zł is provided after 5 working days;
- Wages are paid on the 25th of the next month to a bank account.
🚍 Free transportation is provided from the following locations:
- Warszawa Zachodnia;
- Targówek, Malborska 51.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents upon agreement.

⏳ Minimum working period: 
The minimum working period is one and a half months. If you plan to resign, you must notify two weeks in advance. If this is not done on time, 1000 zł will be deducted from your salary.
