Work at Lambertz confectionery manufacturing

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women aged up to 63 years.

📍 City of work:
Poland, Ruda Śląska, Katowicka 170 (~20 km from Katowice).

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 33.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate);
- If working more than 48 hours per week, +25% is added to the base hourly rate.

Note:
Only student certificates issued by Polish educational institutions are accepted.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 - 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 - 06:00;
- During the workday, there are three breaks of 10 - 15 minutes each to rest, have a snack, and recharge;
- On average 260 hours/month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the confectionery factory. If there are many orders, there will be more work and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, the hours will be a bit less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You will be involved in making cookies and candies, packing and placing the finished products in special containers. You also need to control the quality of work, check the products for compliance with standards, place them on pallets, and prepare for shipment. Responsibilities include transporting finished pallets to the warehouse and bringing new boxes of cookies for packaging.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 700 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of self-renting housing, a surcharge of 2 zł for each hour worked is provided (supplement is not provided for students);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- There will be 3 or 4 people living in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Transport to the workplace from the accommodation is provided, which costs 100 zł (deducted from salary);
- Strict standards are in place at the enterprise that need to be adhered to for the continuous operation of the packaging line;
- Due to sanitary requirements, working is only allowed without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicure. This is a mandatory condition for maintaining hygiene in production;
- Work clothing and footwear are provided free of charge. If you work less than 45 days, 200 zł is deducted from the salary;
- Sanitary book is processed free of charge. If you work less than 45 days, 150 zł is deducted from salary. After finishing work, if you want to take the sanitary book, you need to pay 150 zł;
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work in the amount of 500 zł.

⚠️Fines:
Non-attendance at work:
- If you do not notify the coordinator about not showing up to work, a fine of 300 zł is imposed;
- A fine is also possible if the notification of absence was received in the morning on the day of the shift without a valid reason.
Alcohol and discipline:
- Appearing on the shift in an intoxicated state incurs a fine of 1500 zł and dismissal;
- If alcohol is consumed in the hostel and it disturbs others, a warning is first issued;
- If the situation repeats, a fine of 1500 zł and dismissal.
If feeling unwell:
- In case of feeling unwell, you must see a doctor or call for an ambulance;
- You must take an L4 certificate and notify the coordinator so that everything can be smoothly coordinated and unpleasant situations avoided.

Note:
For employment in this vacancy, it is necessary to fill in a questionnaire during booking.

📋 Documents:

You need to work for a minimum of 45 days, otherwise 200 zł for work clothing and 150 zł for the sanitary book are deducted.
