Work at Lambertz confectionery manufacturing

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, and married couples under the age of 63.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Ruda Śląska, Katowicka 170 (~20 km from Katowice).

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 33.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- For working more than 48 hours per week, an additional +25% to the base hourly rate is applied.

Note:
Only student certificates issued by Polish educational institutions are accepted.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days per week;
- Workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 - 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 - 06:00;
- During the workday, there are three breaks, each lasting 10 - 15 minutes for rest, snacks, and recuperation;
- On average, 260 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the confectionery plant. If there are many orders, there will be more work and more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will consequently be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- You will be involved in the production of cookies and candies, packaging, and placing finished products into special containers. You will also need to control the quality of the work, check the products for compliance with standards, stack them on pallets and prepare them for shipment. Duties include transporting finished pallets to the warehouse and bringing new boxes of cookies for packaging.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 700 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of self-rented accommodation, an additional 2 zł is paid for each hour of work (the extra pay is not provided for students);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- The accommodation has regular comfortable beds.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Transport from accommodation to the workplace is provided, costing 100 zł (deducted from salary);
- The company has strict standards that must be followed for continuous operation of the packaging line;
- Due to sanitary requirements, work can only be done without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicure. This is a mandatory condition for maintaining hygiene in production;
- Work clothes and shoes are provided for free. If you work less than 45 days, 200 zł is deducted from your salary;
- A sanitary booklet is issued for free. If you work less than 45 days, 150 zł is deducted from your salary. After completing your work, if you want to take the sanitary booklet, you need to pay 150 zł;
- A 500 zł advance is provided after 14 days of work.

⚠️Fines:
Absence from work:
- If you do not inform the coordinator about not coming to work, a fine of 300 zł is imposed;
- A fine is also possible if notification about the absence is received on the morning of the shift without a valid reason.
Alcohol and discipline:
- Being under the influence of alcohol during a shift results in a 1500 zł fine and dismissal;
- If alcohol is consumed in the hostel and it disturbs others, a warning is issued first;
- If the situation repeats, a 1500 zł fine and dismissal.
If you feel unwell:
- If you feel unwell, you should see a doctor or call an ambulance;
- You must take a sick leave (L4) and inform the coordinator to resolve everything smoothly and avoid unpleasant situations.

⏳ Minimum period of employment:
You must work a minimum of 45 days, or else 200 zł for work clothes and 150 zł for the sanitary booklet will be deducted.
