Work in the production of wafers and sweets Magnolia

🧑🏻 Candidates: 
Men, women, family couples up to 56 years old.

📍 Place of work: 
Poland, Lubsko, Transportowa 3 (~50 km from Zielona Góra).

📍 Place of registration: 
Poland, Wałbrzych.

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- If needed, working 12 hours is possible.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the confectionery factory. If there are many orders, there will be more work, hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to work on the production line, receive ready wafer products, check their quality, and pack the products. Additionally, in separate processes, it's necessary to weigh and prepare ingredients for confectionary production.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 900 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 4 persons will live in a room;
- For family couples, there's an option to live in a separate room. This accommodation costs 1100 zł/month per person;
- Upon move-in, a deposit of 200 zł needs to be paid (refundable upon move-out);
- No possibility of deducting the deposit payment from the salary;
- In case of premature move-out from accommodation (not working a single day, yet living in the accommodation) – deposit is non-refundable;
- You need to have your own bed linen (blankets and pillows are provided).

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are conducted standing at the conveyor line;
- Due to sanitary requirements, it's forbidden to work wearing jewelry, with extended nails and eyelashes;
- You need to have your own fully closed and comfortable shoes for work;
- Commute to the workplace by public transportation;
- Assistance with obtaining a sanitary booklet is provided.

⏳ Term of work under the contract: 
Must work a minimum of 21 days, otherwise 2000 zł will be deducted from the salary.
