Work at the Jutrzenka confectionery factory

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 52 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Dobre Miasto, Jeziorańska 16 (~25 km from Olsztyn).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Opole.

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 24.47 zł/hour net with signing Pit-2;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for persons up to 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- The work schedule is set directly at the enterprise;
- One day off per week, which can be on weekdays or Saturday or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- There are enough working hours, so there is an opportunity to work a lot - up to 350 hours a month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the confectionery factory has. If there are many orders, then there will be more work and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be a bit fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- Work takes place at a candy manufacturing factory. The main processes include the production of sweets, as well as quality control, sorting, packaging, and labeling of finished products.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 700 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, a surcharge of 1 zł for each working hour is provided (need to clarify at the office during registration);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or hostels;
- 2 - 4 people will live in the room;
- For a family couple, a separate room is provided for comfort and coziness;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are set up in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Transportation from the accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing by the conveyor line or production machines;
- The weight of the products can range from 3 to 12 kilograms, and such weight needs to be lifted several times during the shift;
- The sanitary booklet costs 300 zł (deducted from salary);
- Due to sanitary requirements, work is only possible without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicure. This is a mandatory condition for maintaining hygiene in production;
- Meals need to be brought with you;
- During registration, accommodation is provided in Opole. The cost is 250 zł, which must be paid in cash immediately upon registration;
- An advance is paid after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free travel, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum period of work:
The minimum period of work is from six months. If you quit without giving one month's notice, a fine of 2000 zł is deducted. If you give notice in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
