Work in the Rossmann cosmetics and household chemicals warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 45 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Łódź, Świętej Teresy 109.

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Łódź. 

💵 Salary:
- 32.50 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- After 6 months of work, the rate increases by 1 zł and becomes 33.50 zł/hour gross;
- For students under 26 years old, the gross rate equals the net rate;
- For good work results, an additional bonus of up to 3000 zł gross is provided. Its size depends on productivity and meeting established standards.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 6 days a week, floating days off;
- Working day lasts 8 hours;
- The first shift from 06:00 to 14:00 runs from Monday to Saturday;
- The second shift from 14:00 to 22:00 runs from Monday to Friday;
- The third shift from 22:00 to 06:00 runs from Sunday to Friday;
- During the working day, there is an unpaid break of 30 minutes;
- On average, you can work from 168 to 220 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will decrease accordingly.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to assemble orders with cosmetic products using a scanner and data collection terminal. The Voice Picking system is also used during work — voice prompts are received through headphones to help find the necessary goods in the warehouse. Duties also include working with the warehouse system and maintaining order at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is approximately 700 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent housing yourself, an additional 330 zł per month is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel approximately 1 km from the warehouse;
- Rooms accommodate 3–4 people.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional Information:
- The work takes place in a modern logistics warehouse that maintains room temperature;
- The weight of the goods usually ranges from 2 to 8 kg, sometimes boxes can weigh up to 25 kg;
- Free meals are provided during work;
- There is an opportunity to undergo training and obtain a UDT license to operate a forklift;
- Experience using a warehouse scanner is preferred but not required;
- An advance of 200–300 zł can be obtained after 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited in the 20th of each month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level is required, as during work you need to understand tasks and communicate in Polish.
