Work in the warehouse of the courier service Ambro Express

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Przykona, Przemysłowa 18 (~45 km from Konin).

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net rate during the probationary period;
- After the probationary period, the rate increases to 25.72 zł/hour net;
- 34.40 zł/hour net rate during the probationary period for students under 26 years (with student certificate);
- After the probationary period, the rate for students increases to 31.85 zł/hour net.

🕐 Work schedule:
- On average 220 - 300 hours/month.
The work schedule for the first two weeks looks like this:
- Work from Monday to Saturday:
- Workday lasts 5 - 6 hours;
- Work takes place from 20:00 to 01:00,
The work schedule after the probationary period looks like this:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Work takes place from 20:00 to 05:00;
- There is an opportunity to start work at 17:00, by agreement with the management.

It is also important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, the hours will be slightly fewer.

🛠 Duties:
- You will manually load and unload large goods. You will work with big parcels like bumpers, furniture, shower cabins, and other similar items. You will also need to sort parcels and arrange them by directions without using a scanner.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 750 zł per month (deducted from salary);
- If the month is not fully worked, the cost of accommodation is 850 zł per month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 2 or 3 people will reside in a room;
- The room has its own shower, sink, and toilet;
- The accommodation has standard comfortable beds;
- Before moving in, a deposit of 200 zł must be made. The amount is returned after a month of work;
- The accommodation is within walking distance (1 kilometer walk), you can easily reach work on foot.  Everything is designed for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are carried out in motion and standing, depending on the department you will be assigned to;
- The temperature is about +18 degrees, but feels colder since the ramp is constantly open;
- There are vending machines with free water, drinks such as tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, as well as soups. There is a canteen on site with everything necessary, a microwave, and dishes. You need to bring your own food;
- Need to be in good shape;
- Need to be willing to work and perform physical tasks;
- Need to be ready to work night shifts;
- Need to have your own work clothes;
- An advance of 300 zł is provided after 5 working days;
- Salary is credited on the 15th to a bank account each month for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of English or Polish is required.

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum working period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must certainly notify 2 weeks before resignation. There are no fines or deductions from the salary, the main thing is to inform in time.
