Work in the Kaufland supermarket goods warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 50 years old. 

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Bydgoszcz, Ernsta Petersona 4B.

💵 Salary:
- The salary is from 5 200 zł gross per month;
- A bonus of up to 3 000 zł gross is provided for good performance. The size of the bonus depends on the number of items collected per hour;
- A 400 zł gross bonus is provided for 100% attendance without absences;
- In total, along with bonuses, one can receive up to 8 600 zł gross per month.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Working Saturdays are possible before holidays and trading Sundays;
- The workday lasts from 8 hours 15 minutes to 8 hours 45 minutes;
- Shift starts at 16:30 and ends at 00:45 or 01:15;
- A paid break of 30 minutes is provided during the workday;
- Schedule is made a month in advance;
- If necessary, there is an opportunity to work overtime hours;
- On average, one can work 160–200 hours per month.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of warehouse orders. If there are many orders, working hours will increase. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours decreases accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It's necessary to compile orders using a scanner or voice picking system, stack goods on pallets and safely move them around the warehouse using a warehouse cart. You also need to place goods in the appropriate zones, accept and issue products, as well as sort and process goods returned from stores.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 600 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- No additional compensation is provided if arranging housing independently;
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment or house;
- Rooms will accommodate 3–4 people;
- The accommodation has Wi-Fi and all necessary household amenities;
- It is necessary to travel to the warehouse by public transport, the road takes approximately 30–40 minutes. Travel expenses are not reimbursed.

📌 Additional information:
- It's important to be responsible, punctual, and attentive in performing your duties;
- The warehouse hosts regular food items weighing from 100 g to 25 kg;
- Before starting work, a tour of the warehouse and a conversation with the manager are conducted. After agreement, you can start working;
- A sanitary book is required. If there's no sanitary book, guidance on where and how to arrange it will be provided;
- The work may take place in two departments: Fresh or OG. Chilled products are stored in the Fresh department, so the temperature is approximately from 0 to +6 degrees. Vegetables and fruits are stored in the OG department, the temperature is also cool but slightly higher than in Fresh;
- A category B driver's license will be an advantage. If it's not available, assistance will be provided free of charge with obtaining a permit to operate a warehouse cart;
- Work clothes and shoes are provided free of charge;
- 5 days of paid training are provided with a trainer before starting independent work;
- An advance payment can be received once after 7 days worked;
- Salary is credited on the 10th of each month for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of the Polish language is required.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum work period:
You need to work for at least 3 months. If the work is completed before this period, from 500 to 1000 zł is deducted from the salary.
