Work at the Wójcik furniture production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Elbląg (~60 km from Gdańsk).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Gdańsk.

💵 Salary:
- 24,50 zł/hour net for women, this amount already includes extra pay for signing the Pit-2 declaration;
- 27 zł/hour net for men, this amount already includes extra pay for signing the Pit-2 declaration;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- A bonus of 200 to 700 zł net is provided for good work, the size of which depends on personal work results;
- A night shift supplement of 3 zł for each hour worked is provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Saturday and Sunday are days off, but if required by production and at your request, you can additionally work on Saturday from 06:00 to 14:00;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- Shifts alternate weekly, so there is no possibility to work constantly in only one shift;
- A paid break lasting 20 minutes is provided during the working day;
- During equipment adjustment, there is also the opportunity to take a short 5-minute cigarette break;
- On average, you can work from 160 to 220 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will also decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to supply elements to the conveyor line, receive them after processing, carefully stack them according to instructions, and pack them. It is also important to check the quality of the parts, ensuring that they are not damaged or have other defects. 

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 450 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, an additional payment of 1,50 zł is provided for each hour worked;
- Accommodation is provided in a house, apartment, or hostel;
- 3–4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary single-level beds are arranged at the accommodation;
- Work can take place in one of two warehouses. You can walk to one in about 20 minutes, and the other is accessible by public bus.

Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing and moving at the conveyor line. The work is physically demanding, so you must be prepared for active work throughout the shift;
- A paid three-day training is conducted before the start of work. You will be gradually shown all the processes, explained how to perform tasks correctly, and helped to master the work;
- Work clothes are provided, but you need to have your own clothes and footwear suitable for work for the first few days;
- The medical examination costs 150 zł. If you work a full month, its cost will be reimbursed;
- You need to bring your own lunch. There is a place on the premises to heat food;
- An advance payment can be received after 7–14 days of work;
- Salary is credited on the 25th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Communicative level of Polish language is required.
- Good hearing and vision are necessary, as it's important to notice even small defects in furniture parts during work.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum term of employment:
The minimum employment period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify two weeks in advance of resignation. There are no penalties or deductions from the salary as long as you inform in time.
