Metal-Plastic Window Production Job at Dobroplast

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Stary Laskowiec, 4 (~75 km from Białystok).

💵 Salary:
- 26.50 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- A good attendance bonus of up to 150 zł net is provided.

🕐 Working schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- In high season, from May to September, extended shifts of up to 10 hours per day are possible. Outside the season, the working day usually lasts 8 hours;
- The working day lasts from 06:00 to 15:00;
- A break from 15 to 30 minutes is provided during the working day;
- Work during daytime hours, leaving the night for sleep and rest;
- On average, there are 180 - 200 working hours per month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the company has. If there are many orders, there will be more work and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to screw metal hinges into plastic window frames using a screwdriver, install plastic beadings using a rubber mallet, and mount double-glazing units into finished frames. The job also includes automated wrapping of finished products with stretch film, loading products, and preparing orders for further dispatch.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 500 zł per month (the cost is deducted from the salary);
- In case of self-renting, an extra 2 zł is provided for each hour of work;
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment or a house.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- Experience with product packaging and stretch film wrapping will be an advantage;
- Work clothing is provided, namely: shoes, trousers, and a sweater;
- The medical examination costs 150 zł. If you do not work for 3 months, this amount is deducted from the salary;
- An advance is provided after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 - 400 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th - 25th to the bank account.
🚍 Free transport is provided from the following places:
- Zambrów;
- Łomża;
- Łapy;
- Wysokie Mazowieckie;
- Grędy.

🔴 Requirements: 
- Must be able to work with a drill and screwdriver.
