Work in Helio product packaging

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 50 years old.

📍 City of work:
Poland, Brochów 119 (~60 km from Warszawa).

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work is 5 - 6 days a week;
- Working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.
- Day off is provided by agreement with the coordinator.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will correspondingly be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to deal with packaging ready-made products, including nuts, dried fruits, and other goods. Duties also include collecting cardboard packaging and sticking labels.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 600 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent housing rental, a supplement of 400 zł per month of work is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in hostels;
- There will be 3 - 4 people in the room;
- The accommodation is equipped with regular comfortable beds;
- Transport is organized from housing to the workplace. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Women’s work processes take place standing at the conveyor line, and men work standing at production machines;
- The temperature at the enterprise is +20 degrees;
- There is a canteen on the premises where you can use a kettle and refrigerator;
- A gown, cap, and comfortable shoes are provided;
- Due to sanitary requirements, work can only be performed without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicure. This is a mandatory requirement to maintain hygiene in production;
- A sanitary book costs 200 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- Salary is accrued up to and including the 20th for the previous month worked;
- Advances are accrued twice a month, on the 15th and 25th in the amount of 300 zł.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum employment term:
You must work at least 3 months. If you plan to quit, you must notify at least 30 days before the desired termination date. If you fail to notify about quitting, a penalty of 800 zł is imposed.
