Work in the production of frozen vegetables and fruits Chłodnia Łuków

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Łuków, Ogrodnicza 3 (~100 km from Lublin).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Warszawa. It is also possible to complete registration remotely.

💵 Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net, the rate already includes a supplement for signing the PIT-2 declaration;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- For work in the freezer, a supplement of 2 zł per hour worked is provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- During the working day, a paid break of 30 minutes is provided.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours also decreases accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work on a conveyor line, sorting fruits before further processing and checking their quality. You also need to assist during chocolate coating of fruits, pack finished products in boxes, and maintain order at the workplace. For men, additional assembly of boxes with finished products on pallets and their preparation for shipment is provided.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 500 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent housing independently, a compensation of up to 300 zł per month is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3–4 people will live in the rooms;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Ordinary single-tiered beds are arranged in the housing;
- Housing is located approximately 15 minutes walk from the place of work.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia. There is a possibility of transitioning to Umowa o pracę in the future.

📌 Additional information:
- The temperature at the enterprise depends on the work process. In most production areas, the temperature is maintained from +10 to +15 degrees, and in the freezer — about -18 degrees;
- All work processes are performed standing up;
- Work clothes and shoes are provided for free. A full set is issued, including work shoes with a protective toe. Since it can be chilly in some processes, it is recommended to additionally have your own warm sweater;
- The enterprise has a canteen with refrigerators and microwave ovens. Meals are not provided, so lunch needs to be brought with you;
- Sanitary book costs 200 zł (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- An advance of up to 500 zł can be received after 7 days of work;
- Salary is credited by the 25th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic level knowledge of Polish language is required.

- Work experience is not required;
- It is easy to adapt here, as support and explanations are provided from the first day;
- Assistance with obtaining a residence card is provided.
