Work at Amazon logistics warehouse (ID Logistic)

🧑🏻 Candidates:

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Krzyżowice, Energetyczna 12 (~20 km from Wrocław).

💵 Salary:
- 27.77 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 34.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- During the workday, there are two paid breaks of 30 and 20 minutes;
- On average, you can work 200–280 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will also decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assemble orders using a scanner, scan barcodes, collect, pack, and repackage goods if necessary. You also need to label products, place them in appropriate locations in the warehouse, and move them using a pallet jack.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 30 zł per day, approximately 900–950 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel in the center of Wrocław, near Sky Tower;
- Rooms accommodate 3–4 people;
- Separate rooms are provided for couples;
- Regular comfortable beds are set up at the accommodation;
- Upon check-in, a deposit of 40 zł is required, of which 30 zł is returned upon check-out;
- Free transportation is provided from accommodation to the workplace;
- If renting accommodation independently, you can also use free organized transportation from the center of Wrocław.

📌 Additional information:
- Work can take place in different departments of the warehouse;
- Work processes can be performed with a scanner, using a warehouse cart or without it, as well as on the warehouse line. Some processes involve operating a forklift. Before starting independent work, everything necessary is shown and explained on site;
- The temperature in the warehouse ranges from +18 to +25 degrees;
- Mobile phones and jewelry are not allowed in the warehouse area;
- You can work in your own comfortable clothes. For work, it is mandatory to have work shoes and a reflective vest;
- A medical certificate costs 150 zł (amount deducted from salary);
- Forklift license arrangement costs 150 zł (amount deducted from salary);
- Workwear and footwear cost 275 zł. This amount is refunded after 3 months of work;
- The first advance payment can be received after 5 working days. On average, you can receive 100–200 zł per week until the first full salary. If necessary, an additional advance can be arranged with the coordinator;
- Salary is credited from the 20th of the current month for the previous worked month.

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum working period is 3 months. If the work is completed earlier, a penalty of 1000 zł is provided. If you plan to quit, you must give notice 10–14 days in advance and work this period. A penalty of 500 zł is provided in case of leaving without prior notice.

💵 Salary:
- 26.36 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 32.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student ID).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Working day lasts 8 - 12 hours.
The work schedule for an 8-hour working day looks like this:
- Morning shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Night shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
The work schedule for a 12-hour working day looks like this:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will accordingly be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Need to receive and lay out goods, collect necessary items using a scanner, pack ready orders, and prepare them for further shipping. All processes are clear and organized step by step.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 650 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of renting housing independently, an allowance of 2 zł for each hour worked;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments;
- 3 - 4 persons per room;
- Separate room for family couples for comfort and coziness;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Transport organized from the accommodation to the workplace. Everything is thought out for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are carried out standing and in motion. Need to work with a scanner and use a trolley;
- No work experience is required, as paid training is provided before starting, lasting from 3 to 5 days;
- The weight of the goods can range from 5 to 40 kilograms, and this weight needs to be lifted several times during the shift;
- Need to undergo a medical examination and safety training, 120 zł is deducted from the first salary;
- Work clothes are provided for free on condition that you work a minimum of 14 days;
- The warehouse has vending machines with food and drinks, as well as a canteen. Lunches need to be brought with you, or you can purchase something light from the machines, such as sandwiches or snacks;
- Advances are credited twice a month, on the 15th and 25th, in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salaries are credited up to the 20th for the previous worked month.
