Work at Amazon logistics warehouse (ID Logistic)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men aged up to 50 years.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Krzyżowice, Energetyczna 12 (~20 km from Wrocław).

💵 Salary:
- 24.18 zł/hour net for individuals over 26 years old;
- 25.35 zł/hour net for individuals under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- For self-commuting to work, an additional payment of 0.70 zł/hour net is provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5–6 days a week;
- The workday lasts 8, 10, or 12 hours;
- Work is done in day and night shifts.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Orders must be assembled on an electric pallet truck with a scanner. The work involves various goods, including household items, cosmetics, clothing, and electronics. During the process, you will also need to pack and repackage products, receive new goods, sort them, and place them in the appropriate locations in the warehouse.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 610 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, an additional 1.80 zł per hour worked is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3–4 people will live in a room;
- Standard comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- Separate room provided for married couples;
- The travel time to the workplace is approximately 10–15 minutes.

📌 Additional information:
- During work, boxes weighing 20–30 kg may occur;
- The cost of a forklift certificate is 250 zł, and a medical examination is 100 zł. These amounts are deducted from the last salary only if working less than 6 months;
- An advance payment is provided after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- The salary is credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

⏳ Minimum term of work:
Must work for at least 3 months. If you decide to end work earlier, 1000 zł will be deducted from the last salary.

📍 Workplace:

💵 Salary:
- 25.33 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Working day lasts 10 hours;
- First shift from 08:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 04:00;
- On average, it is possible to work 200–220 hours a month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include arranging goods in boxes and packaging clothes into boxes according to invoices.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 16 zł per day (deducted from the salary);
- If you rent accommodation by yourself, there is an additional payment of 1.50 zł for each worked hour;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment or hostel;
- A separate room is provided for couples;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Accommodation provided in Wrocław;
- Free transportation to the workplace is organized. If you live in your own accommodation, free transportation is also provided from the center of Wrocław.

📌 Additional information:
- Bringing mobile phones and jewelry into the warehouse is not allowed;
- Work may take place in different sections of the warehouse;
- You can work in your own comfortable clothing. Only work shoes and a reflective vest are mandatory;
- Work is done with a scanner, both on a warehouse cart and without it;
- The temperature in the warehouse is +18 - +25 degrees;
- Work clothing and shoes cost 150 zł (deducted from the salary);
- After working 5 days, you can receive advances, usually 100 - 200 zł weekly until the first full salary. There is also an option to arrange additional advances with the coordinator;
- Salary is credited by the 20th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.
🚍 Free transportation is provided from the following locations:

- Partynice.
