Work at Amazon logistics warehouse (ID Logistic)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, family couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Krzyżowice, Energetyczna 12 (~20 km from Wrocław).

💵 Salary:
- 26.36 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 32.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student ID).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Working day lasts 8 - 12 hours.
The work schedule for an 8-hour working day looks like this:
- Morning shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Night shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
The work schedule for a 12-hour working day looks like this:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will accordingly be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Need to receive and lay out goods, collect necessary items using a scanner, pack ready orders, and prepare them for further shipping. All processes are clear and organized step by step.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 650 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of renting housing independently, an allowance of 2 zł for each hour worked;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments;
- 3 - 4 persons per room;
- Separate room for family couples for comfort and coziness;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Transport organized from the accommodation to the workplace. Everything is thought out for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are carried out standing and in motion. Need to work with a scanner and use a trolley;
- No work experience is required, as paid training is provided before starting, lasting from 3 to 5 days;
- The weight of the goods can range from 5 to 40 kilograms, and this weight needs to be lifted several times during the shift;
- Need to undergo a medical examination and safety training, 120 zł is deducted from the first salary;
- Work clothes are provided for free on condition that you work a minimum of 14 days;
- The warehouse has vending machines with food and drinks, as well as a canteen. Lunches need to be brought with you, or you can purchase something light from the machines, such as sandwiches or snacks;
- Advances are credited twice a month, on the 15th and 25th, in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salaries are credited up to the 20th for the previous worked month.
🚍 Free transport is provided from the following locations:
- Komandorska 21, 53-342 Wrocław;
- Wyścigowa, 53-011 Wrocław;
- Powstańców Śląskich 211C, 53-110 Wrocław;
- Zwycięska 2, 53-033 Wrocław.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free travel, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum working period:
At least 3 months required. If planning to quit, you must give at least 30 days’ notice before the desired termination date. Failure to notify results in a penalty of 800 zł.
