🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women aged up to 55 years.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Sosnowiec, Logistyczna 1 (~15 km from Katowice).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Opole.

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 24.47 zł/hour net when signing Pit-2;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for persons up to 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate).
Bonuses:
- Bonus up to 2000 zł gross depending on work results and volume of completed work.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Working from Monday to Saturday;
- A working day lasts 10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 00:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 08:00;
- During the working day, there is a break lasting 30 minutes to rest and recharge;
- Minimum of 200 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Duties:
- The job involves sorting and picking items using a scanner. The scanner shows which shelf to approach, where the container is located, as well as the quantity and name of the item. The main duties include scanning item barcodes during the picking of orders (mainly wholesale). When there are no orders to pick, the scanner switches to sorting mode. When sorting, you need to compare indices on packages, and the scanner will sequentially indicate which items to find. If an item is hard to find — you can ask the shift manager. It's also necessary to pack small items into cardboard boxes, and the scanner indicates which container to use. Finished boxes are placed in containers for further sorting. A separate process is labeling and packing tires and placing them on three-level racks. During loading or unloading of trucks, special machines are used, similar to those used for luggage at airports. Sometimes several people work on this process.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, an allowance of 2 zł is provided for each hour worked (must be clarified at the office upon registration);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or hostels;
- 2 - 4 people per room;
- Normal comfortable beds are provided in the housing;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and comfort;
- Transport is organized from the housing to the workplace. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing and moving with the use of a scanner;
- Work takes place in a large logistic warehouse of car parts: batteries, exhaust pipes, candles, filters, as well as small fastening elements, screws, and other parts;
- Weight of parts for women ranges from a few grams to 12 kg, for men — up to 25 kg, and such weight needs to be lifted several times during a shift;
- Employees do not need to carry boxes manually, as automatic conveyors are installed in the warehouse to deliver filled boxes to the necessary department or shelf;
- Each is assigned to only one department, where individual training is provided. Initially, the trainer shows the process of picking or laying out items one-on-one until you become completely independent;
- Training lasts 3 - 4 days;
- On each floor, there are designated places for foremen where schedules, sectors, and all necessary work information are displayed;
- You can check your productivity results at the end of the working day. The established standard is 12.8 points per hour, which equals approximately 128 points for 10 hours of work. This helps to see your progress and control the completion of the norm;
- The heavier the item, the more points you receive, hence you can complete the norm faster;
- Productivity decreases in case of errors, which most often occur due to inattentiveness. For each mistake, 50 points are deducted from the total result, so it is important to work attentively and focused;
- Lunches need to be brought with you;
- During registration, accommodation is provided in Opole. The cost is 250 zł, which must be paid in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance is paid after 14 days of work amounting to 300 zł;
- Salary is paid on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum working period is 3 months. If you quit without a 1-month notice, a fine of 2000 zł is imposed. If you notify in advance, a deduction of 500 zł is made.

Men, married couples up to 47 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Sosnowiec, Logistyczna 1 (~15 km from Katowice).

💵 Salary:
- 27 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 33.04 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- Bonuses up to 1500 zł net per month are provided. The size of the bonus depends on personal efficiency, as well as the results of the warehouse, department, and team.

🕐 Work schedule:
- There are 6 working days per week. It is possible to take a day off, however, during periods of high order volumes, days off may not be granted;
- The working day lasts 8–10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:00;
- Second shift from 12:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 20:00 to 06:00;
- It is possible to work overtime if you wish to earn more;
- During the working day, a lunch break is provided. For an 8-hour shift, it lasts 20 minutes, and for a 10-hour shift — 30 minutes;
- On average, you can work 170–220 hours per month. 

It is important to understand that the amount of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. The more orders, the more work and working hours. Accordingly, if there are fewer orders, the number of working hours also decreases.

- The job involves order assembly and packing, quality control of goods, and working with a handheld scanner.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 550 zł per month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent rental accommodation, there is an additional payment of 2 zł for each hour worked;
- Preparation and reservation of accommodation cost 100 zł (cost deducted from the first salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- Rooms will accommodate 3 or 4 people;
- Separate rooms are available for married couples;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation.

📌 Additional information:
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the logistics center, so it is important to adhere to this rule;
- Transportation to the workplace is not provided, so it is necessary to commute independently by public transport. The journey takes about 30 minutes on average;
- Free pants, t-shirt, sweater, and work shoes are provided for work. If the work period is less than 3 months, 300 zł will be deducted from the salary for the issued work clothes;
- Medical examination costs 150 zł (cost deducted from the first salary);
- Forklift certificate costs 100 zł (cost deducted from salary);
- An advance payment is provided after 7 working days in the amount of 300 zł. Until the first full salary is received, there is an option to take an advance weekly;
- Salary for the previous worked month is credited on the 20th of each month to a bank account.

- The warehouse stores various small components and car parts. All goods are light, so there is no heavy physical workload;
- A comfortable room temperature is maintained in the warehouse premises;
- Knowledge of the Polish language and work experience are not required;
- The work is simple and straightforward, and at the beginning, you will be trained and always helped if you have any questions.

⏳ Minimum employment term:
The minimum work period is 2.5 months. If work is terminated earlier than the established period, a penalty will be deducted from salary.
