Work at Amazon warehouse (ID Logistics)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland,  Krajków, Logistyczna 4 (~25 km from Wrocław).

💵 Salary:
- 26.36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student proof).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Workday lasts 8 - 12 hours;
- Work during daytime to leave the night for sleep and rest.
The schedule for an 8-hour workday looks like this:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00.
The schedule for a 12-hour workday looks like this:
- Work takes place from 06:00 to 18:00.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to receive and lay out goods, collect necessary positions using a scanner, pack ready orders and prepare them for further dispatch. All processes are clear and organized step by step.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 650 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independently renting accommodation, an additional 2 zł is provided for each hour worked;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments;
- 3 - 4 people will live in the room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Transportation from accommodation to work is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing and moving. You need to work with a scanner and use a cart;
- No experience is required, as paid training is conducted beforehand, lasting from 3 to 5 days;
- The weight of goods can range from 5 to 40 kilograms, and such weight needs to be lifted several times during the shift;
- Medical examination and safety training need to be passed, 120 zł is deducted from the first salary;
- Work clothes are provided for free on the condition that you work at least 14 days;
- There are vending machines with food and drinks at the warehouse, as well as a canteen. Meals need to be brought with you, or you can buy something light in the machines like sandwiches or snacks;
- Advances are paid twice a month, on the 15th and 25th, in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is paid up to the 20th for the previous worked month.
🚍 Free transport is provided from the following locations:

- Zwycięska 2, 53-033 Wrocław;

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents upon agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
You need to work at least 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify at least 30 days before the desired date of termination of cooperation. If you do not notify of resignation, a penalty of 800 zł is charged.
