Work in the clothing and footwear warehouse BestSecret and Hive

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 45 years old.

📍 Workplace location:
Poland, Słubice, Osiedle Przemysłowe 15.

💵 Salary:
- 25.10 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 33.50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- 27.50 zł/hour net for those who have a UDT certificate;
- 33.90 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old, who have a UDT certificate (with student certificate).

🕐 Working schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Working day lasts 8 - 10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Work during the daytime so that the night is left for sleep and rest.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Receiving department:
- Unpack delivered goods, sort them by type, and send them to the appropriate departments for further processing. Everything happens step by step with explanations and support at every stage.
Pick:
- Carefully gather goods according to orders, check their correctness, and place them in the appropriate containers. All work is performed attentively and sequentially, with clear instructions and support.
Pack:
- Pack collected orders according to established standards to ensure their integrity and safety during transportation. Everything is done neatly and according to clear instructions to ensure each parcel reaches the recipient in perfect condition.
Wysyłka:
- Arrange packed goods on pallets and prepare them for dispatch. All work is done neatly and organized to ensure every batch is properly prepared for transportation.
Returns:
- Handle the processing of returned goods, check their condition and determine whether the goods can be returned to the warehouse for resale, or if they require repair or disposal.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 600 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent rental of housing, a compensation of 500 zł per month of work is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Standard comfortable beds are provided at the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Organized transportation from housing to the workplace.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are carried out in motion and standing, depending on the department you will be in;
- The temperature at work is comfortable, it may be a bit colder in winter;
- There are vending machines with food and drinks in the warehouse, as well as a canteen. Lunches need to be brought with you or you can buy something light in the vending machines, like sandwiches or snacks;
- You need to pass a medical examination and safety training, 120 zł is deducted from the first salary;
- Work clothes and shoes are provided for free (provided you work 14 days);
- Salary is credited up to the 20th of the month for the previous worked month;
- Advances are credited twice a month, on the 15th and 25th, in the amount of 300 zł.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic understanding of how to use a computer is required.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
You must work for at least 3 months. If you plan to quit, you must give notice 2 weeks prior to resignation. If you fail to give notice, a penalty of 500 zł is charged.
