Work at the Rhenus logistics warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women up to 50 years old.

📍 City of work:
Poland, Bolesławiec, Ekonomiczna 5 (~55 km from Legnica).

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- For students under 26 years old, the gross rate equals the net rate;
- Additionally, students can receive 3 zł for each worked hour. The supplement is provided after the first month of work with no more than 2 absences during the month;
- A bonus of up to 700 zł per month is provided for good work performance;
- Including all supplements, the rate can be up to 36.40 zł/hour gross.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Sunday to Friday;
- The workday mainly lasts 12 hours, with 8-hour shifts also available;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 10:00 to 22:00;
- The schedule changes weekly, so one week follows one schedule, and the next another one;
- Work happens without night shifts;
- During an 8-hour workday, a paid break of 30 minutes is provided, and during a 12-hour workday, two paid breaks of 30 and 15 minutes are provided.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will also decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to compile orders using a scanner, collect clothes, shoes, and accessories, pack and label goods, and prepare them for dispatch. You also need to accept and process returns.

The work can involve different processes: assembly, packaging, or return of goods. The specific process is determined directly at the warehouse.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 500–600 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- If you rent housing independently, a supplement of 2 zł for each worked hour is provided. The supplement is provided after the first month of work with no more than 2 absences during the month;
- Rooms accommodate 2–4 people;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples.

📌 Additional information:
- Work takes place at a modern logistics warehouse of branded clothing, shoes, and accessories;
- Transport to the workplace is organized;
- An advance can be received after the first week of work, and the amount is agreed individually with the coordinator;
- Salary is credited by the 10th of each month to a bank account.
