Warehouse Job at Amazon (ID Logistics)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 50 years of age.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Nowa Niedrzwica, 58 (~45 km from Gorzów Wielkopolski).

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years (with student certificate).
Bonuses:
- Up to 800 zł gross for meeting the norm.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- The working day lasts 8 - 12 hours.
The work schedule for an 8-hour working day is as follows:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
The work schedule for a 12-hour working day is as follows:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Third shift from 14:00 to 02:00.
- During the working day, there are two breaks lasting 30 and 15 minutes to rest and recharge.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to receive and display goods, collect orders using a scanner, pack products and prepare them for shipment. The work takes place in comfortable conditions, all processes are simple and clear, and training is provided before starting.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 600 zł/month (deducted from wages);
- In case of independent rental, an additional payment of 2 zł per hour worked is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in hostels;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple for comfort and coziness;
- Bunk beds may be present in the living quarters;
- Accommodation is provided in Skwierzyna;
- Transportation is organized from the accommodation to the place of work.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing and moving. You need to work with a scanner and use a cart;
- No experience is required as paid training is provided before starting, lasting from 3 to 5 days;
- The weight of the goods can range from 5 to 30 kilograms, and such weight needs to be lifted several times during the shift;
- It is necessary to undergo a medical examination and safety training, 120 zł is deducted from the first salary;
- Work clothes and footwear are provided, 200 zł is deducted from the first salary;
- There are vending machines with food and drinks in the warehouse, as well as a dining room. Lunches need to be brought with you or you can buy something light in the vending machines, such as sandwiches or snacks;
- Advances are credited twice a month, on the 15th and 25th, in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salaries are calculated up to the 20th day of the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum working period:
You need to work at least 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify at least 30 days before the desired date of termination. If you do not notify about resignation, a fine of 800 zł is charged.
