Work at the Inter Cars (Anpacars) auto parts warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 47 years old.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Sosnowiec, Logistyczna 1 (~15 km from Katowice).

💵 Salary:
- 27 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 33.04 zł/hour net for students under 26 (with student certification);
- Bonuses up to 1500 zł net per month are provided. The amount of the bonus depends on personal efficiency, as well as on the performance of the warehouse, department, and team.

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- The working day lasts 8–10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:00;
- Second shift from 12:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 20:00 to 06:00;
- There is an opportunity to work overtime if you want to earn more;
- There is a lunch break during the working day. For an 8-hour shift, it lasts 20 minutes, and for a 10-hour shift — 30 minutes;
- You can work an average of 170–220 hours per month. 

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. The more orders, the more work and working hours. Accordingly, if there are fewer orders, the number of working hours also decreases.

​​​​​🛠 Responsibilities:
- Work involves the assembly and packaging of orders, quality control of goods, and working with a handheld scanner.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 550 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- In case of independent rental, a supplement of 2 zł is provided for each worked hour;
- Preparation and reservation of accommodation costs 100 zł (the cost is deducted from the first salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- There will be 3 or 4 people living in the rooms;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- The accommodation is equipped with regular comfortable beds.

Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional Information:
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the logistic center, so it is important to follow this rule;
- Transportation to the workplace is not provided, so you need to get there independently by public transport. On average, the journey takes about 30 minutes;
- Pants, t-shirt, sweatshirt, and work shoes are provided for free. If the work period is less than 3 months, 300 zł for the issued work clothing will be deducted from the salary;
- The medical examination costs 150 zł (the cost is deducted from the first salary);
- The forklift certificate costs 100 zł (the cost is deducted from the salary);
- An advance payment is provided after 7 worked days in the amount of 300 zł. There is an opportunity to take an advance payment weekly until the first full salary is received;
- The salary for the previous worked month is credited on the 20th of each month to a bank account.

- The warehouse stores various small components and auto parts. All goods are light, so there is no heavy physical workload;
- The warehouse maintains a comfortable room temperature;
- Knowledge of the Polish language and work experience are not required;
- The job is simple and straightforward, and at the beginning, everything will be taught and help will always be provided if questions arise.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum Work Period:
The minimum work period is 2.5 months. If the work is terminated earlier than the specified period, a penalty will be deducted from the salary.
