Work at the Temu online order warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Workplace city: 
Poland, Zabrze, Isaaca Salomona 1 (~20 km from Katowice).

📍 Registration city: 
Poland, Katowice.

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net, this amount already includes a 3 zł supplement for signing the PIT-2 declaration;
- 32 zł/hour net for students under 26 (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Working 5–6 days a week;
- The day off can be on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday;
- The working day may last 8 or 12 hours;
- Day and night shifts are provided, alternating weekly;
- During the working day, a break of 20 minutes for an 8-hour shift and 40 minutes for a 12-hour shift is provided.
Work schedule for an 8-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 10:00 to 18:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
Work schedule for a 12-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will decrease accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Orders need to be assembled using a scanner, necessary goods found in the warehouse, sorted, and packed. Responsibilities also include checking gathered orders and preparing goods for further shipment.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 600 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent housing independently, a supplement of 2 zł net for each worked hour is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or houses in the city of Gliwice;
- 3–4 people will live in the rooms;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Accommodation is equipped with regular single-tier beds.

Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- Work takes place in a new modern warehouse;
- There is a spacious dining room with all necessary household appliances on the warehouse site;
- An individual locker is provided for storing personal belongings;
- Using a mobile phone during work is prohibited. It is also not allowed to wear jewelry, including earrings, and other items that may interfere with safe work execution;
- Work clothing is provided free of charge. If you work for less than 3 months, 350 zł is deducted from the salary;
- A medical examination is provided free of charge. If you work for less than 3 months, 150 zł is deducted from the salary;
- An advance can be received after the first worked week;
- The salary is credited from the 20th to the 25th of each month for the previous worked month. 
🚍 Free travel to and from the workplace is provided from the following stops:
- Gliwice Dworzec PKP;
- Gliwice Dąbrowskiego;
- Gliwice Zajezdnia;
- Zabrze Goethego;
- Os. Młodego Górnika Haldex.
