Work at the Kaufland food warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Kleszczów, Al. Jana Nowaka-Jeziorańskiego 39 (~40 km from Katowice).

💵 Salary:
- The salary is from 5 200 zł gross per month;
- A performance bonus of up to 3 000 zł gross is provided for good productivity. The size of the bonus depends on the number of positions collected per hour;
- A 400 zł gross bonus is provided for 100% attendance without absences;
- In total, with bonuses, you can earn up to 8 600 zł gross per month.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Working Saturdays may be possible before holidays and trading Sundays;
- The work shift lasts 8 hours and 15 minutes;
- The first shift is from 06:00 to 14:15;
- The second shift is from 15:00 to 23:15;
- During the workday, a paid break of 30 minutes is provided;
- The schedule is drawn up a month in advance;
- Work is during day and evening hours, without night shifts;
- If necessary, it is possible to work overtime hours;
- On average, you can work 160–200 hours a month.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours decreases accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assemble orders using a scanner or voice picking system, stack products on pallets, and move them around the warehouse with a warehouse cart. You also need to place products in the appropriate zones, receive and issue products, sort returned items from stores, and move empty pallets. The warehouse contains regular food products weighing from 100 g to 25 kg.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 600 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- No additional compensation is provided for independent rental of housing;
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment or house;
- 3–4 people will live in the rooms;
- There is Wi-Fi and all necessary household amenities in the accommodation;
- You need to get from the accommodation to the warehouse by public transport, the journey takes approximately 30–40 minutes. Travel expenses are not reimbursed.

📌 Additional information:
- It is important to be responsible and punctual;
- The warehouse maintains a temperature of about +22 degrees, work in refrigerated chambers is not provided;
- Before starting work, a tour of the warehouse and a short conversation with the manager are conducted. After approval, you can start working;
- Before starting independent work, 5 days of paid training with a coach are provided, during which all work processes are shown and explained;
- A sanitary book is required. If you do not have one, you will be informed where and how to obtain it;
- A category B driver's license will be an advantage. If you don't have one, free assistance is provided with obtaining a warehouse cart driving permit;
- Work clothes and shoes are provided free of charge;
- An advance can be received once after working 7 days;
- The salary is credited on the 10th of each month for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a minimum level is required.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum term of employment:
You need to work for at least 3 months. If you finish work earlier than this term, 500 to 1000 zł will be deducted from the salary.
