Work at Lambertz Confectionery Production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 63 years old.

📍 City of work:
Poland, Katowice, Bażantów 1.

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 33.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years (with student certificate);
- For working more than 48 hours per week, an additional +25% on the base hourly rate is applied.

Note: 
Only student certificates issued by Polish educational institutions are accepted.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- During the workday, there are three breaks lasting 10 - 15 minutes each to rest and gain strength;
- On average 260 hours/month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the confectionery factory. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, then the hours will be slightly less accordingly.

🛠 Duties:
For women:
- The work is easy and understandable. You will be engaged in the production of cookies and candies. You need to sit by the conveyor and place cookies into plastic containers moving on the belt. The lines work at different speeds, but you get used to it quickly. After packaging, just ensure everything is nicely stacked and defect-free, and at the end, the cookies are placed in boxes for shipping.
For men:
- You need to perform simple tasks with boxes, remove them with cookies from pallets and supply them to the line where women work. Then close the boxes with ready cookies, stack them on pallets, and prepare them for shipment. You transport the finished product to the warehouse and bring new boxes with cookies for further packaging.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 800 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- If housing is rented independently, an additional 2 zł per hour worked applies (no allowance for students);
- Accommodation is provided in a house, apartment or hostel;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are installed in the housing;
- Housing is located differently, some are within walking distance, and for those further away, a convenient commute is organized.

Accommodation depends on the availability of free places, so unfortunately, there is no possibility to choose specific housing. The final decision depends on the loading of the housing at the time of your arrival.

📌 Additional information:
- The weight of one box of cookies is up to 3 kilograms;
- The temperature at the enterprise is +19 - +20 degrees;
- There are various processes both sitting and standing. Before the shift starts, employees are distributed, so it is impossible to choose only one process and work there constantly;
- Work processes take place on the conveyor line;
- You need to bring lunch with you, there is a kitchen where food can be heated, and there are vending machines with coffee and various drinks;
- Transportation to the place of work from the accommodation costs 100 zł (deducted from salary);
- The company has strict norms that need to be followed for the continuous operation of the packing line. The norm applies to the entire line, so everyone works as one team. If something slows down, the conveyor may be sped up a bit to catch up;
- Due to sanitary requirements, you can only work without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicure. This is a mandatory condition for maintaining hygiene in production;
- Work clothes and shoes are provided free of charge. If you work less than 45 days, 200 zł is deducted from salary;
- Sanitary book is issued free of charge. If you work less than 45 days, 150 zł is deducted from salary;
- An advance payment of 500 zł is provided after 14 days of work.

⚠️ Fines:
No show at work:
- If you do not inform the coordinator about not coming to work, a fine of 300 zł is charged;
- A fine may also apply if the absence is reported on the morning of the shift without a valid reason.
Alcohol and discipline:
- Being under the influence of alcohol during the shift results in a fine of 1500 złotys and dismissal;
- If alcohol is consumed in the hostel and it disturbs others, a warning is issued first;
- If the situation repeats, a fine of 1500 zł and dismissal.
If you feel unwell:
- If feeling unwell, you need to see a doctor or call an ambulance;
- It is necessary to take an L4 certificate and inform the coordinator to calmly resolve everything and avoid unpleasant situations.

- Work experience and knowledge of Polish are not required;
- The work is simple, understandable, and everything is taught on-site;
- Assistance is provided in obtaining a residence card.
