Work in the warehouse of pharmaceutical goods Polish Pharmacies (Gemini)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 45 years old.

📍 Registration city:

💵 Salary:
- 31.80 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- For students under 26 years, the gross rate is equal to the net rate. 

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5–6 days a week;
- Days off could be on weekdays, Saturdays, or Sundays;
- The working day lasts from 8 to 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- Work primarily takes place in the first and second shifts;
- Night shifts are rare and constitute no more than 15–20% of all shifts in a month;
- If additional work is available, more shifts can be taken to increase earnings.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. Conversely, if the order volume decreases, the number of working hours will also decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Orders with medications and other pharmacy items need to be assembled using a warehouse scanner and a special cart, verify the accuracy of collected orders, sort products by delivery routes, carefully pack items, and prepare them for shipment.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation cost is 660 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 3–4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary single-tier and bunk beds are available on the premises;
- Bedding is provided, but it is advised to have your own set for replacement;
- Common utensils are available, but you should bring your own spoon, fork, plate, and cup. Optionally, you can bring a small pot or pan, as well as a food container;
- Accommodation is located approximately 10 km from the workplace.

📌 Additional information:
- Work takes place at a pharmaceutical goods warehouse, where medications and other pharmacy products are stored;
- The warehouse is clean, with a comfortable temperature and no foreign odors;
- The work does not involve heavy physical exertion, as the main tasks are related to assembling, sorting, and packing goods;
- Free training is provided before starting work, during which all work processes will be explained, and you will be shown how to use the warehouse equipment;
- Work is primarily standing and on the move, using a warehouse scanner and a special cart;
- A medical examination is conducted free of charge;
- Work clothes and shoes are provided for free;
- Transportation to the workplace is not provided, so you will need to commute by public transport on your own;
- Meals need to be brought with you;
- An advance of 200–300 zł can be received after 14 days of work;
- The salary is credited in the 10th days of each month to a bank account.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Contract term:
At least 3 months must be worked. If you decide to finish work earlier, 500 zł will be deducted from the last salary.
