Work at the Amazon logistics warehouse (ID Logistic)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Zgorzelec, Słowiańska 13B (~70 km from Jelenia Góra).

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student ID).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 6:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 12:00 to 00:00;
- Third shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- During the workday, there are two paid breaks, each lasting 15 minutes.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, then the hours will be slightly fewer.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Work processes are mainly performed with a scanner. In the goods reception department, it is necessary to check the quantity and integrity of the packaging, and in the order collection department, it is necessary to assemble goods according to invoices and prepare them for dispatch to stores.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 650 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In the case of independent rent, there is a surcharge of 2 zł for each hour worked;
- Accommodation is provided in hostels;
- The room will accommodate 2 - 3 - 4 persons;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple for comfort and coziness;
- There may be bunk beds in the accommodation;
- Organized transport from accommodation to work.

📌 Additional information:
- Work in a warehouse with small goods weighing up to 5 kg, including cosmetics, perfumes, household chemicals, and stationery;
- Work processes take place standing and in motion. It is necessary to work with a scanner and use a cart;
- It is necessary to pass a medical examination and safety techniques, 120 zł is deducted from the first salary;
- Work clothes and shoes are provided free of charge (provided 14 days of work);
- Salary is paid up to the 20th of the following month for the previous worked month;
- Advances are paid twice a month, on the 15th and 25th in the amount of 300 zł.

⏳ Minimum work term:
You must work at least 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must give notice 2 weeks before leaving. If you do not give notice of resignation, a penalty of 500 zł is imposed.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Zgorzelec, Słowiańska 13B (~70 km from Jelenia Góra).

💵 Salary:
- 25.56 zł/hour net for those who are already 26 years old;
- 26.89 zł/hour net for those under 26 years old;
- 33.30 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- An additional payment of 0.70 zł for each worked hour is provided for commuting independently to the workplace.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5–6 days a week;
- The workday can last 8, 10, or 12 hours;
- Day shift begins at 06:00;
- Night shift begins at 18:00;
- During the workday, there are two paid breaks: one lasting 30 minutes and one lasting 15 minutes.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. Conversely, if the order volume decreases, the number of working hours will also decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assemble orders using a scanner and electric cart (rocklia), find and collect necessary items in the warehouse, including household goods, cosmetics, clothing, and vitamins. Duties also include packaging and repackaging products.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 604 zł per month (deducted from the salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, an additional payment of 1.80 zł for each worked hour is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 3–4 people will live in the rooms;
- Separate rooms are available for couples;
- Regular single beds are provided in the accommodation.

📌 Additional information:
- The job does not involve lifting heavy boxes. The maximum weight of goods corresponds approximately to the weight of a 6-liter bottle of water;
- A forklift certificate and medical examination are provided free of charge if working over 6 months. If you work less than this term, 250 zł for the certificate and 100 zł for the medical examination will be deducted from the last salary;
- After finishing the job, work clothes, keys, and passes must be returned. If all issued items are returned in full, there are no additional deductions. If something is not returned, up to 400 zł could be deducted from the salary;
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- The salary is credited to a bank account on the 15th of each month for the previous worked month.
