Work at the Amazon logistics warehouse (ID Logistic)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Zgorzelec, Słowiańska 13B (~70 km from Jelenia Góra).

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student ID).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 6:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 12:00 to 00:00;
- Third shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- During the workday, there are two paid breaks, each lasting 15 minutes.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, then the hours will be slightly fewer.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Work processes are mainly performed with a scanner. In the goods reception department, it is necessary to check the quantity and integrity of the packaging, and in the order collection department, it is necessary to assemble goods according to invoices and prepare them for dispatch to stores.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 650 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In the case of independent rent, there is a surcharge of 2 zł for each hour worked;
- Accommodation is provided in hostels;
- The room will accommodate 2 - 3 - 4 persons;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple for comfort and coziness;
- There may be bunk beds in the accommodation;
- Organized transport from accommodation to work.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work in a warehouse with small goods weighing up to 5 kg, including cosmetics, perfumes, household chemicals, and stationery;
- Work processes take place standing and in motion. It is necessary to work with a scanner and use a cart;
- It is necessary to pass a medical examination and safety techniques, 120 zł is deducted from the first salary;
- Work clothes and shoes are provided free of charge (provided 14 days of work);
- Salary is paid up to the 20th of the following month for the previous worked month;
- Advances are paid twice a month, on the 15th and 25th in the amount of 300 zł.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work term:
You must work at least 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must give notice 2 weeks before leaving. If you do not give notice of resignation, a penalty of 500 zł is imposed.
