Work at the chicken production Konkol

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples aged between 22 to 50 years.

If you have experience in production and are slightly older than the specified age, this will not be an obstacle. The possibility of starting work can be agreed individually.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Niestępowo, Raduńska 64a (~20 km from Gdańsk).

💵 Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net provided a PIT-2 declaration is signed. This amount already includes a bonus of 1.50 zł/hour;
- 28.50 zł/hour net with 100% attendance without absences. This amount already includes a bonus of 2 zł/hour for signing the PIT-2 declaration;
- 32.81 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- An additional 1 zł/hour net is provided for independent commuting to the workplace.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work occurs from Monday to Friday, sometimes working Saturdays if there are large volumes of orders;
- A typical workday lasts 10 hours;
- During the workday, there is a 30-minute break. If the shift lasts 12 hours, another 30-minute break is provided;
- On average, you can work 200–250 hours per month.

Process of hanging carcasses:
- First shift from 22:00 to 08:00;
- Second shift from 08:00 to 18:00.

Process of sorting and washing viscera:
- First shift from 01:00 to 11:00;
- Second shift from 11:00 to 21:00.

Process of filleting and packing:
- First shift from 01:20 to 11:20;
- Second shift from 11:00 to 21:00;
- The workday ends after processing all planned products, so the duration of the shift may vary.

Process of disassembly:
- First shift from 02:00 to 11:00;
- Second shift from 12:00 to 22:00.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the meat production. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours decreases accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Hanging process:
- You need to hang prepared featherless carcasses on a special line. Hanging occurs at chest level, making it convenient to work.

Process of sorting viscera:
- You need to sort and wash liver, hearts, and stomachs moving along the line. Special machines automatically cut and clean the stomachs.

Process of filleting and meat preparation:
- You need to clean the meat of skin, excess fat, cartilage, and bones. Special automated equipment helps in the work.

Quality control process:
- You need to monitor product quality and ensure everything meets set requirements.

Process of transporting and preparing boxes:
- You need to move empty and filled boxes around the workshop using a pallet jack. Also, weigh the boxes with meat, label them, and transport finished products to cold storage rooms.

Process of washing boxes:
- You need to wash boxes using a Kärcher high-pressure cleaner so they are clean and ready for further use.

Work on the conveyor line:
- You need to separate different parts of the meat — fillet, thighs, and wings, and sort them by type and quality.

Work can occur on different processes, with the distribution happening directly on-site depending on the current need. It is impossible to determine a specific process in advance, but all tasks are understandable, and everything will be explained in detail and supported to get acclimated before starting.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 500 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- For students, the accommodation cost is 750 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, a bonus of 1.50 zł for every worked hour is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- Rooms accommodate 2–4 people;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Accommodation with children and pets is not provided.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are performed standing by the conveyor line;
- The working premises maintain a temperature from +5 to +13 degrees;
- Before starting work, all jewelry and piercings, as well as a manicure, false nails, and eyelashes, must be removed because it is important to adhere to hygiene and product quality requirements during work;
- Smoking is only allowed during the break in a designated place. Smoking at other times or in unauthorized places may result in a fine;
- A sanitary book costs 250 zł, but if at least 3 months of work is completed, it is provided for free;
- A medical examination costs 150 zł, but if at least 3 months of work is completed, it is provided for free;
- An advance can be received after 7 days of work in the amount of 300–400 zł;
- Salary is credited between the 20th and 25th day of the month to a bank account.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum employment duration:
The minimum employment period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must give two weeks' notice.
