Work at the chicken production Konkol

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women aged 22 to 50.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Niestępowo, Raduńska 64a (~20 km from Gdańsk).

💵 Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net, this amount already includes an additional 1.50 zł/hour for signing the Pit-2 declaration;
- In case of 100% attendance, the rate is 28.50 zł/hour net, this amount already includes an additional 2 zł/hour when signing the Pit-2 declaration;
- 32.81 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- Additionally, 1 zł/hour is charged in case of independent commuting to the workplace.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work takes place from Monday to Friday, sometimes shifts are possible on Saturday if there are large volumes of orders;
- The working day lasts 10 - 12 hours;
- The first shift from 01:00 to 11:00 or from 04:30 to 14:30;
- The second shift from 11:00 to 21:00 or from 14:30 to 00:30, and in both cases, work continues until the full completion of product processing;
- During the working day, a break lasting 30 minutes is provided to rest and recover. If the shift lasts 12 hours, an additional 30-minute break is provided;
- Shifts may vary depending on the department in which you work;
- On average, 200 - 250 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the meat enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, consequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Hanging department:
- You need to hang prepared featherless carcasses; the work takes place at the line, hanging is done at chest level, which makes the process convenient and comfortable. 
Offal sorting department:
- You need to work with liver, hearts, and stomachs. The offal pass along the line, where they are sorted and washed. Stomachs are processed by special machines that cut and clean them automatically. 
Filleting department:
- Meat undergoes preparation, skin, excess fat, cartilage, and bones are removed using automated machines. 
Quality control department:
- The process involves checking lines and processes to ensure the product meets all requirements. 
Box preparation:
- You need to supply empty boxes, remove filled ones and transport them around the workshop using a hydraulic loader. Boxes with meat are weighed to ensure the correct weight and rapid cooling in refrigeration chambers. Labels are then applied for marking. Finally, boxes are washed with a kercher and prepared for the new cycle.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 500 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- For students, accommodation costs 750 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of independent rent, an additional 1.50 zł is provided for each hour of work;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 2 or 4 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple to be comfortable and cozy;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are equipped in the accommodation;
- There is no possibility of living with children and pets in the accommodation.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place while standing;
- Work processes take place at the conveyor line;
- Temperature at the enterprise is +5 - +13 degrees;
- Due to sanitary requirements, work can be carried out only without jewelry, piercing, false eyelashes, nails and manicure. This is a mandatory condition for hygiene at production;
- Smoking is allowed only during breaks and only in a specially designated place. If smoking at another time or in an unauthorized place, a fine may be imposed;
- Commuting to the workplace from accommodation costs 100 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- Sanitary book costs 250 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- Medical examination costs 150 zł (deducted from the salary);
- Advance payment is provided after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 - 400 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th - 25th day to a bank account.
