Work at the Happy Flis confectionery production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 50 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Kuranów, 12 (~45 km from Warszawa).

💵 Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Possibility to work overtime if you want to earn more;
- During the workday, there is a 30-minute break to rest and recharge;
- Minimum 240 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the confectionery factory. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, consequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, then there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to engage in packaging candies and chocolate bars, as well as packaging cookies and wafers. During the process, you need to weigh finished products, sort confectionery items, and form cardboard stands with candies. It is also important to control the quality of products and maintain cleanliness at the workplace throughout the shift. 

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 650 zł per month (cost deducted from salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, an additional 1 zł per working hour is provided (additional payment for students is not available);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 4 or 6 people will live in the room;
- Regular and double-decker beds are provided in the accommodation;
- Comfortable living conditions are provided (hot and cold water, kitchen, washing machines, relaxation area, air conditioners);
- You need to have your own bedding, as it is essential for hygiene and your comfort;
- Accommodation is within walking distance (30 minutes on foot), you can easily walk to work. Everything is designed for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day;
- The grocery store Biedronka is located 5 - 10 minutes' walk from the accommodation.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place at the conveyor line;
- Production temperature is +25 - +27 degrees;
- Due to sanitary requirements, work can only be done without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicure. This is a mandatory condition for maintaining hygiene in production;
- Medical examination costs 200 zł (cost deducted from the first salary);
- Possibility to receive advance payment weekly (first advance provided after 5 working days in the amount of 200 zł);
- Salary is credited on the 25th of the next month to a bank account.

- Work clothes and shoes are provided for free (robe and comfortable anti-slip shoes without a metal toe); 
- Work processes occur at an average pace;
- There are both sitting and standing processes at the enterprise. There is no physical load, work involves only manual tasks and hand agility;
- Knowledge of Polish language and work experience is not required;
- If you are just starting to work, they will tell you everything and help you;
- Assistance is provided for obtaining a residence card.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary Polish protection, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period: 
The minimum work period is 2 months. If you plan to resign, you must give two weeks' notice. If this is not done on time, 1000 zł will be deducted from the salary.
