Work at the Happy Flis confectionery production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 50 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Kuranów, 12 (~45 km from Warszawa).

💵 Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- The workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Overtime is possible if you want to earn more;
- There is a 30-minute break during the workday to rest and recharge;
- Minimum 240 hours per month

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the number of orders at the confectionery factory. When there are more orders, you can work more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, the number of working hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Work processes may change depending on the factory's needs. All processes are highly automated, and each workshop specializes in a specific type of product.
Packaging process for cookies and waffles:
- Need to pack the finished products, check their quality, label them, and place packed cookies and waffles into small cardboard boxes.
Packaging process for wafer rolls:
- Ready wafer rolls need to be carefully placed in transparent containers, and already packaged products — into cardboard boxes.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 650 zł per month (deducted from salary);
- If you rent housing independently, there is a surcharge of 1 zł for each worked hour. This surcharge is not provided for students;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- Rooms will house 4–6 people;
- Regular single and bunk beds are arranged at the accommodation;
- All necessary amenities for comfortable living are available, including hot and cold water, a kitchen, washing machines, a relaxation area, and air conditioning;
- You need to have your own bed linen for personal comfort and hygiene;
- Housing is located approximately 30 minutes on foot from the workplace, so you can walk to work;
- The grocery store Biedronka is located about 5–10 minutes on foot from the accommodation.

📌 Additional information:
- In the cookie and waffle packaging department, the temperature is approximately +23 to +25 degrees, and in the wafer roll production department — about +30 degrees as additional heat is emitted during the baking process. However, baking wafer rolls is not required, and the work takes place near the conveyor line;
- The conveyor line runs at a calm pace, so there is enough time to carefully and qualitatively pack the confectionery products;
- Before starting work, you need to remove any extended nails and lashes, as well as all jewelry, as it is important to adhere to hygiene and product quality requirements during the job;
- The medical examination costs 200 zł (deducted from salary);
- There is an opportunity to receive a weekly advance. The first advance of 200 zł is provided after 5 days of work;
- Salary is credited on the 25th of the following month to a bank account.

- The company has both seated and standing processes. The job does not involve physical burdens; the main tasks are manual and require attentiveness and good motor skills;
- Knowledge of the Polish language and work experience is not required;
- All work processes are explained on site and assistance is provided with settling in, so starting work will be easy even without experience;
- Assistance with obtaining a residence card is provided.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free travel, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum working period: 
The minimum working period is 2 months. If you plan to resign, you must give two weeks' notice. If this is not done in time, then 1000 zł will be deducted from the salary.
