Work in the production of medical products at Clinico Medical

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 62 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Błonie, Roberta Kocha 1 (~25 km from Wrocław).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Środa Śląska.

💵 Salary:
- The salary ranges from 4950 to 6500 zł gross per month, not counting bonuses and allowances;
- An allowance of 100% is provided for work on Saturdays;
- An allowance of 50% is provided for overtime hours;
- An allowance of 20% is provided for night shifts;
- A motivational bonus is provided for the absence of sick leave during the month, as well as a piecework bonus, the amount of which depends on the work results. The better the results, the higher the bonus may be. Detailed conditions for accrual and possible bonus amounts will be explained directly at the company.

🕐 Work schedule:
- There are two options for the work schedule at the company — three-shift and four-team systems;
- Under the three-shift schedule, work takes place from Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday as days off;
- Under the four-team schedule, you need to work 2 days on the first shift, then 2 days on the second shift, and another 2–3 days on the night shift. Days off are not fixed on specific days of the week, so they may fall on weekdays, Saturday, or Sunday;
- The work schedule is determined during the interview. You cannot choose it independently, but you can express your preferences, which will be considered if possible;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- If there are additional hours at the company, you can work overtime;
- During the workday, a paid break of 20 minutes is provided;
- For married couples, there is an opportunity to work on the same shift;
- On average, you can work 160 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the company. If there are many orders, the working hours will be more. Conversely, if the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will also decrease.

🛠 Duties:
- The work involves assembling medical products and their individual components according to instructions. These can be various medical devices, their components, or drip systems. You need to carefully connect the parts, check the quality of finished products, ensure there are no defects, and pack the products. Duties also include preparing the workspace before the shift starts, disinfecting equipment surfaces, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the working day. There is no need to independently set up or repair equipment, as it is the responsibility of specialized personnel.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 30 zł per day (amount is deducted from the salary);
- No allowance is provided for renting separate accommodation;
- Accommodation is located in the city of Środa Śląska;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or private houses, depending on the availability of free spots;
- Rooms are shared by 3–4 people;
- Regular single-tier beds are provided in the accommodation;
- Pillows and blankets are provided, and bed linen should be brought with you. You can also bring your own dishes if desired;
- Separate rooms for married couples are not provided;
- Before moving in, a deposit of 200 zł is required.

If you pass the interview, start working, and continue to live in the provided accommodation, the full deposit is refunded after 30 days of work. If you move in but, for some reason, do not start working, the deposit is partially refunded, minus the accommodation cost — 30 zł for each night stayed.

📌 Additional information:
- Before starting work, you need to pass an interview to check your level of Polish language proficiency;
- All tasks are performed at special tables or on conveyor lines, depending on the specific process. The work can be either sitting or standing;
- The work takes place in clean, sterile rooms with a comfortable room temperature;
- Since medical products are manufactured at the company, it is particularly important to adhere to cleanliness and hygiene rules. Therefore, during work, it is not allowed to wear jewelry, piercings, use cosmetics, have false eyelashes, artificial nails, or manicure;
- Before entering the production area, you need to change into special work clothes. In the changing room, it is necessary to remove regular clothing down to underwear, put on white socks, and disinfect hands. After that, you need to put on a disposable white cap, a special white jumpsuit, and white work shoes. This dressing procedure helps maintain the necessary cleanliness during the manufacture of medical products;
- If you wear glasses, you can keep them on. You are also allowed to bring glasses with you in a special case;
- Phones, medicines, and other personal items are not allowed in the production area. You are only allowed to have a pen, small scissors, and paper tissues with you;
- Eating and drinking are not allowed while in the production area;
- It is important to carefully follow personal hygiene rules throughout the entire shift. For example, if you touch your face, scratch your nose, or adjust something on yourself, you should disinfect your hands again;
- There is a canteen on the company premises where you can eat a brought lunch or purchase ready-made meals. There are also vending machines with coffee and various snacks;
- Before starting work, you need to undergo a medical examination. It is free, and transport to the examination location is organized;
- Additionally, a sanitary and epidemiological examination must be conducted independently, as it is a mandatory condition for starting work;
- An advance payment is provided after 7 days of work in the amount of 100 zł;
- The salary is credited on the 10th of each month to a bank account.
🚍 Free transportation is provided from the following locations:
- Środa Śląska;
- Leśnica;
- Brzeg Dolny;
- Prochowice;
- Wrocław. 

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level is required.

✅ Advantages:
- The work is conducted in clean, bright, and sterile rooms with a comfortable room temperature;
- Free work clothing is provided, including a special jumpsuit and shoes;
- Free transportation to work is provided. From the city of Wrocław, transport departs from a stop at ul. Średzka 40. If you plan to use this transport, you need to check in advance if there are free seats;
- Every Tuesday and Thursday, the company offers fresh fruit for free;
- There is a canteen on the premises where you can buy ready-made meals or calmly eat a brought lunch;
- Partial compensation for meal expenses is provided;
- Work processes can be either sitting or standing;
- Sick leave is paid;
- For each full month of work, 2 days of paid leave are accrued;
- No experience is required;
- The work is uncomplicated and straightforward. Before starting work, everything will be explained in detail, shown how to perform tasks correctly, and help to adapt to the new place;
- Assistance with obtaining a residence card is provided.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work term:
There is no minimum work term. If you decide to resign, you need to give a two-week notice.
