🧑🏻 Candidates: 
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work: 
Poland, Kamienna Góra, Przemysłowa 6.

📍 Place of registration: 
Poland, Wałbrzych.

💵 Salary:
- 24.47 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 25.37 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).
Bonus opportunities:
- 5% of the minimum wage (approximately 233 zł gross) for completing 95% of the standard;
- 10% of the minimum wage (approximately 466 zł gross) for completing 100% of the standard.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- There is a 15-minute break for a breather and relaxation during the workday.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of orders at the confectionery factory. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, accordingly, more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- Involve in packaging chocolate products, neatly stacking finished goods, checking their quality, and maintaining order at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 800 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment;
- 4 persons per room;
- Separate room for a married couple for comfort and coziness;
- A deposit of 200 zł is required upon moving in (refundable upon moving out);
- Deposit payment cannot be deducted from salary;
- In the case of early departure from housing (did not work a day but lived in housing) – deposit is not refundable;
- Own bed linen is necessary (blankets and pillows are provided);
- Housing is within walking distance, easily reachable by foot. Everything is planned for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Conveyor belt work, can be performed sitting or standing, depends on the process;
- Due to sanitary requirements, work in jewelry, with extended nails and eyelashes is prohibited;
- Own work clothes and shoes are needed;
- Sanitary book costs 252 zł (cash needed).

⏳ Working term according to the contract:
