🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men aged up to 50 years.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Gogolin, Kamienna 79 (~30 km from Opole).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Opole.

💵 Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 27,68 zł/hour net for individuals under 26 years old;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- If you diligently perform your duties and do not miss work, you can receive an additional bonus. The final decision on awarding it is made by the management.

🕐 Work schedule:
- The work is in a four-shift system;
- Four shifts from 22:00 to 06:00, then 2 days off;
- Four shifts from 06:00 to 14:00, then 1 day off;
- Four shifts from 14:00 to 22:00, then 1 day off;
- Minimum 168 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will accordingly be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You will receive ready-made paper bags from the machine and pack them into boxes. You will also need to print and stick labels on the already packed boxes. Responsibilities include preparing paper rolls for shipment. You need to remove the roll from the machine, roll it, weigh it, stick a label on it, and place it on a pallet. Sometimes you need to enter data into the system or change parameters, such as the size or width of the packaging. Also included is working with a scanner, quality control, and maintaining order at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of renting accommodation yourself, a supplement of 2 zł for each working hour (needs to be clarified at the office during registration);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments and houses;
- 2 - 3 people will live in a room;
- For a family couple, a separate room is provided for comfort and coziness;
- Standard comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort.

📌 Additional information:
- Work at a modern factory for the production of paper bags and packaging. It is one of the leading enterprises in Europe, which has successfully operated on the market for many years. Everything is organized at a high level, with care for everyone;
- You need to be able to use a computer and a scanner;
- You need a desire to learn;
- The work takes place indoors standing. There is background noise from the machines, but you quickly get used to it;
- The weight of the boxes is from 5 to 25 kilograms. If something is heavier, you will always work with a colleague, so don't worry;
- You need to bring your own lunch;
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises;
- Transport to the workplace from Opole is provided;
- Temporary accommodation is provided in Opole during registration. The cost is 250 zł, and it must be paid in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance payment of 300 zł is made after 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level is required;
- A resume in Polish is required.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free travel, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you leave without 1 month prior notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is incurred. If notice is given in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
