🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Work City:
Poland, Gogolin, Kamienna 79 (~30 km from Opole).

📍 Registration City:
Poland, Opole.

💵 Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 27.68 zł/hour net for persons up to 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate);
- If you diligently perform your duties and have no absences, you can receive an additional bonus. The final decision on its awarding is made by the management.

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work is conducted in a four-shift system;
- Four shifts from 22:00 to 06:00 followed by 2 days off;
- Four shifts from 06:00 to 14:00 followed by 1 day off;
- Four shifts from 14:00 to 22:00 followed by 1 day off;
- At least 168 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- You will receive ready-made paper bags from the machine and pack them into boxes. You will also need to print and stick labels on already packed boxes. Duties include preparing paper rolls for dispatch. You need to remove the roll from the machine, roll it over, weigh it, attach a label, and place it on a pallet. Sometimes you need to enter data into the system or change parameters, such as the size or width of the package. Work with a scanner, quality control, and maintaining order at the workplace are also included.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, an additional 2 zł per working hour is provided (to be clarified at the office during registration);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments and houses;
- 2 - 3 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple, ensuring comfort and coziness;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort.

📌 Additional Information:
- Work at a modern factory producing paper bags and packaging. It is one of the leading enterprises in Europe, which has been successfully operating in the market for many years. Everything is organized at a high level, with care for everyone;
- You need to be able to use a computer and scanner;
- You need to have a desire to learn;
- Work is conducted indoors while standing. There is background noise from the machines, but you quickly get used to it;
- The weight of the boxes is from 5 to 25 kilograms. If something is heavier, you will always work with a colleague, so don't worry;
- You need to bring your lunch with you;
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the enterprise premises;
- Transportation to the workplace from Opole is provided;
- Accommodation in Opole is provided for the duration of registration. The cost is 250 zł, payment must be made in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance is credited after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th day to a bank account each month for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
-Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level is required;
- A resume in Polish is required.

📋 Documents:
Citizenship of the European Union, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum Employment Duration:
The minimum period of employment is 3 months. If you resign without a 1-month notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is withheld. If you give advance notice, a penalty of 500 zł is deducted.
