UDT Forklift Operator at Orbico Supply Cosmetics Warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Teresin, 1 (~55 km from Warszawa).

📍 Place of registration: 
Poland, Warszawa.

💵 Salary:
- 36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 38 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;​​
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- Overtime work is possible, as well as work on weekends if there is a need due to increased workload.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Warehouse tasks need to be performed, including order picking, unloading and loading goods, as well as receiving deliveries. The main part of the time is dedicated to working on a side-loader type reach truck, approximately 70 percent, and the rest of the time is dedicated to picking goods.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, own housing is required;
- No allowance is provided for independent housing rental.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are carried out in motion using a loader and scanner;
- Meals are not provided, you need to bring lunch with you;
- Commuting to the workplace by public transport;
- Insurance costs 150 - 200 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- An advance is provided after 10 days of work in the amount of 400 zł;
- Salary is credited to a bank account by the 28th of the month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of the Polish language is required;
- UDT certification is required;
- Experience working as a side-loader driver is required.

📋 Documents: 
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence permit card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work term is three months. If you finish work earlier, 1000 zł will be deducted from your salary. If you plan to resign after this period, you must give notice two weeks in advance. Failure to do so timely will result in a deduction of 1000 zł from your salary for violation of conditions and an additional 1000 zł penalty for accommodation.
