Work at the Temu online orders warehouse (CTPark)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 60 years old.

📍 Location of work:
Poland, Starowiskitki-Parcel, 108 (~55 km from Warszawa).

💵 Salary:
- 25.84 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- At the initial stage, an additional bonus of 200 zł per month is provided, subject to no absences.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- The work day lasts 10.5 hours;
- Currently, work is conducted in one shift from 08:00 to 18:30;
- In the future, it is planned to switch to two shifts: the first 3 working days will be in the first shift from 06:00 to 16:30, the next 3 days — in the second shift from 18:30 to 05:00, followed by 3 days off;
- Transition to a two-shift schedule depends on warehouse filling and workload;
- During the workday, breaks with a total duration of up to 1 hour are provided, 30 minutes of which are paid. Short breaks are provided according to the internal warehouse schedule;
- Since the warehouse is new and just starting, the schedule may change depending on needs.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, working hours will increase. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will correspondingly decrease.

🛠 Duties:
- Initially, the main task will be to assemble and prepare cardboard boxes for further work. Subsequently, it will be necessary to assemble orders using a scanner: locate the required goods in the warehouse, select the necessary quantity, check the order’s compliance, and transfer the collected goods for packaging and shipping.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of living in Wiskitki is 600 zł per month, and in Żyrardów — 750 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- If you rent housing independently, a supplement of 1.20 zł/hour gross is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel, houses, or apartments depending on available places;
- Rooms will predominantly accommodate 2–3 people;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Ordinary single-level beds are equipped in housing;
- Housing distribution occurs depending on the number of people and available places.

Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- The maximum weight of the boxes is up to 5 kg;
- Work shoes and vest are provided free of charge. If you work less than 3 months, the cost of issued workwear is deducted from the salary. Optionally, you can use your own shoes if they meet BHP requirements;
- The warehouse has refrigerators, kettles, and microwaves, as well as machines with tea, coffee, and sandwiches;
- An advance of up to 500 zł is provided once a month during the first 3 months of work. It can be obtained after several shifts worked;
- Salary is accrued from the 20th to the 25th of each month to the bank account for the previous month worked;
🚍 Transport is provided from the following stops in the cities of Wiskitki:
- Jaktorowska 41B, Żyrardów;
- 1 Maja 66, Żyrardów;
- Izi Zielińskiej 16, Wiskitki.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free regime, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, it is mandatory to give notice 2 weeks before leaving. In case of resignation without prior notice, 700 zł will be deducted from the salary.
