Job at Amazon warehouse (ID Logistics)

📍 Work location:
Poland,  Konin Żagański, 158 (~65 km from Zielona Góra).

💵 Salary:
- 26,36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32,40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- The workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will accordingly be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to receive and lay out goods, collect necessary items using a scanner, pack ready orders, and prepare them for further shipment. All processes are clear and organized step-by-step.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 650 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent rental, an allowance of 2 zł for each hour worked is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Transportation from accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are standing and in motion. You need to work with a scanner and use a cart;
- No experience is required, as paid training lasting from 3 to 5 days is conducted before starting;
- The weight of goods can range from 5 to 30 kilograms, and such weight needs to be lifted several times during a shift;
- You need to pass a medical check and safety training, a deduction of 120 zł is made from the first salary;
- Work clothes are provided for free on the condition that you work at least 14 days;
- There are vending machines with food and drinks in the warehouse, as well as a canteen. Lunches need to be brought with you or you can buy something light in the vending machines, like sandwiches or snacks;
- Advances are credited twice a month, on the 15th and 25th, in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited up to the 20th for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work term:
You need to work at least 3 months. If you plan to quit, you must notify at least 30 days before the desired termination date. If you do not notify about the resignation, a penalty of 800 zł is charged.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Konin Żagański, 158 (~65 km from Zielona Góra).

💵 Salary:
- 24.18 zł/hour net for persons over 26 years old;
- 25.35 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- For self-commute to work, an additional payment of 0.70 zł for every worked hour is provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- Day off may occur on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday;
- Workday can last 8, 10, or 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours decreases.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to complete orders using a scanner and an electric pallet truck, collect and pack goods, and if necessary, repack them and prepare for further shipment.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of living is 600 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- If you rent housing independently, an additional payment of 1.80 zł for each worked hour is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel in the city of Żagań;
- Rooms will accommodate 3–4 people;
- Regular single-tier beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- It is possible to live with a child. The cost of living for a child is 1000 zł per month (amount deducted from salary).

📌 Additional information:
- The warehouse features various goods, including home products, cosmetics, clothing, and appliances;
- The job involves physical exertion and moving goods weighing from 10 to 30 kg. Most often, these are packages weighing about 10 kg;
- The warehouse maintains a comfortable temperature from +19 to +21 degrees;
- Medical examination costs 100 zł, and forklift certificate issuance — 250 zł. These amounts are deducted from the last salary if working less than 6 months;
- Workwear is provided for free on the condition of working for at least 6 months;
- An advance of 300 zł can be received after 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous month worked.
