Job at Amazon warehouse (ID Logistics)

🧑🏻 Candidates:

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Konin Żagański, 158 (~65 km from Zielona Góra).

💵 Salary:
- 26,36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32,40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Work during daytime hours, so the night remains for sleep and rest.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Receive and lay out goods, collect necessary items using a scanner, pack ready orders and prepare them for further dispatch. All processes are clear and organized step by step.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 650 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of self-renting accommodation, an additional payment of 2 zł for each working hour is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided at the accommodation;
- Transport from accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is planned for your convenience to ensure you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are standing and on the move. You need to work with a scanner and use a trolley;
- No experience is required, as paid training is conducted before starting, lasting from 3 to 5 days;
- The weight of goods may range from 5 to 30 kilograms, and such weight needs to be lifted several times during the shift;
- It is necessary to undergo a medical examination and safety technique, 120 zł is deducted from the first salary;
- Work clothing is provided free of charge, provided that you work for at least 14 days;
- The warehouse has vending machines with food and drinks, and a dining area. Meals should be brought with you or you can buy something light from the vending machines, like sandwiches or snacks;
- Advances are accrued twice a month, on the 15th and 25th in the amount of 300 zł;
- The salary is credited up to the 20th inclusive for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free travel, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work term:
You need to work for at least 3 months. If planning to resign, you must notify at least 30 days before the desired date of termination. If you do not notify about the resignation, a fine of 800 zł will be charged.
