Work in the clothing warehouse of Sinsay, Reserved, and Cropp (LPP)

🧑🏻 Candidates: 
Men aged up to 55 years.

📍 Work location: 
Poland, Machnacz, 80 (~65 km from Toruń).

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- A supplement to the hourly rate of 0.50 zł/hour net is provided after 6 months of work;
- Monthly bonuses from 100 zł to 1000 zł depending on work results.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Workday lasts 8 - 10 - 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- On average, you can work 200 - 280 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to receive and place goods in the warehouse, form orders, pack products and prepare them for shipment, as well as participate in inventory control. A scanner is used to account for goods during work, and for convenient movement around the warehouse and transportation of products — an electric cart.

The work may involve different processes. Who and where works depends on the need at the moment. Everything is distributed on site, so it is impossible to say in advance. But all processes are clear, and everything will be calmly taught on site.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- If renting housing independently, a supplement of 1.50 zł per work hour is provided (up to 300 zł/month);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 3 or 4 people live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged at the accommodation;
- For a family couple, a separate room is provided for comfort and coziness.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- You do not need to lift anything heavy;
- Work processes take place standing and in motion;
- There is an opportunity to buy lunch at the canteen or bring it with you;
- Comfortable room temperature in the warehouse;
- Commute to the workplace by public transport. It is necessary to buy tickets or a pass at your own expense, but 150 zł gross is compensated monthly for transport expenses;
- Protective work shoes are provided, worth 50 zł and are deducted once from your salary;
- You need to have your own work clothes, which should be comfortable and meet safety requirements. Wearing shorts, skirts, and cropped breeches is not allowed at work;
- An advance is provided after working 70 hours in the amount of 300 zł if living in employer-provided housing, 600 zł if renting own housing;
- Salary is paid on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- A Polish category B driving license is required;
- Driving experience is required.

✅ Advantages:
- Knowledge of Polish language and work experience are not required;
- You will quickly understand all processes, as there is always support and explanations nearby;
- Assistance is provided in obtaining a residence card.
