Work in the clothing warehouse of Sinsay, Reserved, and Cropp (LPP)

🧑🏻 Candidates: 
Men up to 55 years old.

📍 Work Location: 
Poland, Machnacz, 80 (~65 km from Toruń).

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- An hourly rate supplement of 0.50 zł/hour net is provided after 6 months of work;
- Monthly bonuses from 100 zł to 1000 zł are provided depending on work results.

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- The working day lasts 8 - 10 - 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- On average, you can work 200 - 280 hours per month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to receive and place goods in the warehouse, form orders, pack products and prepare them for shipment, as well as participate in inventory. A scanner is used for product accounting, and for convenience of moving around the warehouse and transporting products, an electric cart is used.

Work can be on different processes. Who and where works depends on the need at a particular moment. Everything is distributed on site, so it cannot be said in advance. But all processes are understandable, and everything is calmly taught on site.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of self-renting accommodation, an allowance of 1.50 zł is provided for each working hour (up to 300 zł/month);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 3 or 4 people live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple, to be comfortable and cozy.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional Information:
- No need to lift anything heavy;
- Work processes are carried out standing and in motion;
- There is an opportunity to buy lunch in the canteen or bring it with you;
- The warehouse has a comfortable room temperature;
- Travel to the workplace by public transport. Tickets or a pass must be purchased independently, with a monthly compensation of 150 zł gross for transport expenses;
- Protective work shoes are provided, their cost is 50 zł and is deducted once from the salary;
- You need to have your own work clothes, which should be comfortable and comply with safety requirements. During work, shorts, skirts, and cropped capris are not allowed;
- An advance of 300 zł is provided after working 70 hours if living in employer-provided accommodation, 600 zł if renting your own accommodation;
- The salary is credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- A Polish category B driving license is required;
- Driving experience is required.

✅ Advantages:
- Knowledge of the Polish language and work experience is not required;
- You will quickly understand all the processes because there is always support and explanations nearby;
- Assistance is provided with obtaining a residence card.
