Work in Zalando clothing warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, and married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Bydgoszcz, Hutnicza 100. 

💵 Salary:
- The salary is 5 200 zł gross per month, with additional bonuses and allowances provided;
- For meeting the set norm, you can receive a monthly bonus of up to 15% of the salary (approximately 600–700 zł gross);
- For exceeding the norm by over 102%, an additional bonus of up to 320 zł gross is foreseen;
- For each worked Saturday or Sunday, an extra 85 zł gross is paid.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Flexible (variable) work schedule;
- Work for 5 days a week. Saturday is always a day off, and the second day off may fall on any other day of the week depending on the schedule;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 05:40 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 13:45 to 22:00;
- Daytime work, without night shifts.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the warehouse. If there are many orders, working hours will be more. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours also decreases.

🛠 Duties:
- It is required to accept goods in the warehouse, open boxes, scan and arrange products in places. It is also necessary to collect customer orders, pack goods, and prepare them for shipment. A separate process involves checking and sorting goods returned by customers. A scanner is used to place products on shelves, which indicates where exactly to place the item. The work may involve different processes, but all tasks are clear, and all training is provided on site.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing is not provided, so you need to have your own or rent it independently;
- There is no allowance for independent housing rental.

📌 Additional information:
- The work takes place in a warehouse where you need to work with clothing, footwear, accessories, and cosmetics;
- The warehouse mostly contains light goods, so the work does not involve constant carrying of heavy loads;
- Scanners are used to find the necessary goods and their storage places;
- Training is conducted before starting work, during which all processes are shown and explained;
- Workwear is provided for free;
- A sanitary book is not required for employment;
- An advance payment can be received once after 7 days worked;
- Salary is paid on the 10th of each month.

Note:

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents upon agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
You have to work for at least 3 months. If you finish work earlier than this period, from 500 to 1 000 zł will be deducted from the salary.
