Work in clothing sorting VIVE Textile

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 50 years of age.

📍 Work Location:
Poland, Kielce, Karola Olszewskiego 6.

💵 Salary:
- 23.84 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 25.38 zł/hour net with signing Pit-2;
- 25.38 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- You can choose a schedule with either 8 or 12 working hours per day.
The schedule for an 8-hour working day looks like this:
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
The schedule for a 12-hour working day looks like this:
- The workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to sort used clothes by category, type, and quality, carefully check their condition, and select items with defects. You also need to pack the already sorted clothes into bags or boxes and prepare the goods for further storage or shipment.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 650 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In the case of renting housing independently, an allowance of 0.84 zł is provided for each working hour;
- Accommodation is provided in houses;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- For a married couple, a separate room is provided to ensure comfort and coziness.

📌 Additional Information:
- Work processes take place standing by the conveyor line;
- Work is conducted in a closed warehouse facility where used clothing is sorted;
- You need to be prepared for the fact that items may vary in quality and condition; 
- On site, the sorting rules are explained in detail, all work processes are demonstrated, and the order of task execution is taught, so you will be able to quickly adapt and confidently perform your duties;
- Medical examination and safety training cost 250 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- You need to bring lunch with you;
- Commuting to work is by city bus and takes up to 30 minutes. You need to purchase the travel ticket yourself, and it costs approximately 130 zł per month;
- An advance is paid after the first worked week in the amount of 200 zł. This is a one-time payment until the first salary is received. Advance payments are made from the 10th to the 23rd of each month;
- Salary is credited from the 20th to the 25th of the month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements: 
- Minimum knowledge of the Polish language is required.

- Experience is not required;
- New tasks do not cause fear, as everything is shown and explained;
- Assistance is provided in obtaining a residence permit card.

Note:

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents upon agreement.

⏳ Minimum Work Duration:
You need to work at least 168 hours. If you suddenly decide to quit earlier, you must give two weeks' notice. If you don't, 1000 zł will be deducted from your last salary.
