Work in the H&M warehouse (GXO)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, and married couples up to 52 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Osła, 1L (~20 km from Bolesławiec).

💵 Salary:
- 24.18 zł/hour net for individuals over 26 years old;
- 25.35 zł/hour net for individuals up to 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certification);
- A self-commute allowance of 0.50 zł per each worked hour is provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- Days off can fall on a weekday or on Saturday or Sunday;
- Workday lasts 10 hours;
- First shift from 07:00 to 17:30;
- Second shift from 17:30 to 04:00;
- During the workday, two breaks are provided: a 15-minute paid break and a 30-minute unpaid break.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the warehouse. If there are many orders, the working hours will be more. If the order volume decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours decreases.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to work with a scanner and a computer, assemble orders according to invoices, pack collected goods, and prepare them for further shipment.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 440 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent housing independently, an additional payment of 1.20 zł per each worked hour is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- Rooms will house 3–4 people;
- Regular single and bunk beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- It is advisable to bring your own bed linen;
- The accommodation is about a 10-minute walk from work, so you can reach it on foot;
- It is possible to live with a child. The accommodation cost for a child is 1000 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary).

📌 Additional Information:
- You need basic computer skills, particularly being able to type your name and surname on the keyboard;
- Work processes are carried out both moving with a scanner and standing at work tables;
- Work clothes cost 210 zł (the amount is deducted from the last salary);
- Medical examination costs 100 zł (the amount is deducted from the first salary);
- If you work for more than 6 months, the cost of the certificate and medical examination is not deducted from the salary;
- An advance payment is provided after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- The salary is credited on the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

⏳ Minimum work term:
You need to work for at least 6 months. If you suddenly decide to finish work earlier, 1000 zł will be deducted from the last salary.

📍 Work location:

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years of age (with student certificate);
- For high productivity, you can receive an additional bonus of up to 1500 zł gross per month of work.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (shift) schedule;
- Days off may fall on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday;
- Workday lasts 10 hours;
- First shift from 07:00 to 17:30;
- Second shift from 17:30 to 04:00;
- Shifts alternate every two weeks: two weeks on the day shift, the next two weeks — night shift;
- Overtime work is available if desired;
- During the working day, there are two breaks lasting 15 and 30 minutes for rest and recharging;
- An average of 180–240 hours can be worked per month.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours decreases accordingly.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to receive goods in the warehouse, scan them, and distribute them according to orders, pack parcels, as well as, if necessary, re-label and repackage the products.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 600 zł per month (amount deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hotel or apartment: in the city of Osła, accommodation is provided in a hotel, and in the city of Bolesławiec — in an apartment;
- Rooms will accommodate 3–4 people;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples. The cost of such a room is 1600 zł per month (amount deducted from the salary);
- Regular single and bunk beds are provided in the accommodation;
- Bed linen is provided, but for your convenience, it is advisable to bring an additional set for replacement;
- There are common-use dishes in the accommodation, but you need to bring your own spoon, fork, plate, and cup. You can also bring a small pot, pan, or food storage container if desired;
- If you live in your own accommodation and commute to work independently, a 300 zł allowance per month is provided.

Accommodation is provided depending on the availability of free spaces, so it is not possible to choose a specific housing option in advance. The hotel or apartment is determined at the time of accommodation depending on the available spaces.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place both in motion with a scanner and standing at work tables;
- The work does not involve significant physical exertion;
- The cost of travel to work is 150 zł per month (amount deducted from the salary). If you live in the city of Szczytnica and use the provided transport, the cost of travel is 50 zł per month;
- An advance of 200–300 zł can be received after 14 days of work;
- The salary is credited in the 20s of each month to a bank account.
